We went at 9:30 pm, sat waiting in the drive for someone to take our order for about 10/ 15 minutes. Someone finally came over... the speaker, just to tell us they didn't have it after each item we tried to order. We left and went to sonic. Read more

I do reviews all the time, I do not generally give bad reviews. We expected with a Taco Bell there was a certain standard but we... were disappointed. 1. The sign said they were out of Mexican Pizzas. When we said we were disappointed about it, the girl atthe counter (without checking) said they had them. We were happy about that and were ordering 2. Then a manager walked by andsaid they didn't have Mexican Pizzas. 2. The nacho cheese in the Nacho Belle Grande was very unusual. I worked at Taco Bell incollege and know how it comes from the company, this was something different. It was like it had a liquid added to make it gofurther which caused it to loose its flavor. 3. I drink Sierra Mist, the Serra Mist and Baja Blast was completely out. I did notknow this until after I had purchased my drink. I asked the young lady who took my order if I could get a freeze instead. Shesaid there were other soda options available. I told here I couldn't drink the others. She said she couldn't give me a freezebecause it would cost more. I nicely said, it wasn't my fault they were out of things. She then offered lemonade which I settledon. My point is, sometimes you just have to offer a little extra when things are not they way they are supposed to be and youknow it will help. POSITIVE- There was a female manager that was very nice when I did interact with her. She was very busy soit was a limited time. I hope all the issues are only because of the delivery problems going on with the country. I will bepraying the managers will be able to work out these kinks. I believe they can do it. You got this! We showed up at about 10:20am and they opened at 9:00am and before we even got out of our car two of the employees, who were... sitting on the curb outside smoking cigarettes, yelled over at us ?We aren?t open we only have two people and I can?t do it?. No?Sorry? or anything and just really rude. I understand if it?s staff shortage but they were just rude and couldn?t give a flipabout us. Definitely going to make sure to not come here again. It could have been better. They didn't have the return of the Fiesta potatoes. And also, I asked for a double meat on the Power... Bowl, And it was not given. They're also no black beans and the bowl. It was just a lot of sour cream and avocado ranch sauce.And a lot of rice. And barely any chicken. It's like they had never made a Power Bowl before. So since I paid extra money forit, I was extremely disappointed. Hopefully it gets better for the customers than it was for me. Read more
