HalfSauced is a pretty good BBQ spot. The brisket is the star there. Although I'd usually prefer a little bit of pink, this was... very tender and moist. The bun on the brisket sandwich is perfect. Fries are pretty basic, beans have loads of onions, potatosalad is mustardy and tasty, applesauce is from a jar, green beans were overcooked. The bark on the ribs was good but overallthe flavor isn't very smokey. They are cooked correctly. The burnt ends aren't true burnt ends and are very heavily sauced butwe're good. The pulled pork was mostly also lacking in a good smoke but here and there were some barky pieces that were amazing.Pork is cooked well, nice and moist. They have four sauces if you ask them to bring the extra hot. The standard spicy is tastywith a little sweet. The extra hot was a great heat level but it tasted like a spicy Heinz 57 sauce. It mostly only complimentedthe pork. They offer drive through here, but there is indoor dining with table service as well. Good-sized parking lot, withaccessible parking. Entrance is wide and great for accommodating a wheelchair bit the doors are heavy and would require anassistant. Restrooms are accessible and gender-specific. Read more
This was my first time here. We was able to get right in and be seated. The staff was great with just the right amount of... attention. Nice and clean. I had brisket sandwich. The food was good no real complaints but I eat a lot of brisket so they arebeing judged against a lot so I kinda put them mid pack. Kinda bummed they didn't offer corn as side but still not bad. I willbe back as they have good menu and I plan to try more. Read more
