The 5 stars is for the staff. When I got there and there was a very big drive thru line that wrapped around. But the staff moves... very quick...they have adopted the In & Out formula where they will take your order while you are in line. Bonus you can evenpay with a card while in line.Must try their cheeder meal. Such an amazing food that I ever try. Read more
Just went to the newer location in Oroville, Ca for the last time ever. Ordered a 5pc chicken strip meal with curly fries,... large, with a lemonade. It wasn't until I was home ready to eat (20 minutes later), that I had come to the conclusion I wasgiven my large curly Fries, but was apparently exchanged a large regular fry instead of 5 chicken strips, but don't worry droveback another 20minutes in the heat, and the worker was nice enough to tell me I could keep the cold fries I never wanted, thatis after standing at the counter for some time listening to the workers cuss and bicker back and forth before being noticed. Got 2 meals, one of which was the medium beef and cheddar. To my dismay, there was BARELY any cheddar on this sandwich.... Definitely not like I remember them. I should have taken a photo, but, as I live 13 miles from town, I went ahead and ate it. Beef was good, delicious and moist, but... the cheese was literally almost missing. Sad face. Read more
I had a brisket sandwich and my wife had a Reuben. My sandwich was good. My wife's Reuben wasn't. The bread was wet to the point... that she couldn't pick it up. Probably didn't drain the kraut enough. Couldn't find a clean table. Growing pains possibly. Read more
I was excited to finally have Arby's back in Oroville, but my excitement was short lived. I went in there with some coupons that... are valid through August 31 and the girl behind the counter told me they aren't processing coupons until the 29th. Okay,whatever. I decided I'll just pay the full price, but when I tried to order some Turkey Gyros she told me they don't have anyturkey. That was the last straw for me, and I stormed out of the place. My parents went there a couple weeks prior and hadsimilar issues. They wouldn't accept the coupons, and they didn't even have any straws for the drinks. I don't know why theyopened this joint, if they're clearly not ready to serve customers. At this point, I'd rather just spent the extra gas money togo to the one in Chico, where at least I've always had good service. Read more
Wanted Turkey sandwich, I was informed there was no turkey. So I ordered a 3 piece fish meal. Picture shows regular fries. I... got seasoned curly fries instead. Fish was hot and delicious, fries were just okay. Peach lemonade was good. Read more
Just spent over $30 on moldy burgers. I took a couple bites and saw this green mold all over the bottom of my food. I?m... disgusted. I tried calling the store but no answer. Do not eat here. They better hope I don?t get sick. I will be contactingcooperate. Yuck. Read more
