If I could give a 0 rating I would. Although I know better, I always hope my next experience will be better but never is.... Advertised down the road on sign as open 24hrs. Youth at drive through didn't even have the courtesy to open window and say theywere closed. They just ducked out of sight. Horrible customer service. Who trains these young people? The moody looking , slowpaced manager?( I'm assuming ). Whom I've seen separating cheese slices and barking out orders for the staff to stop what theirdoing and turn off oven buzzer that is two feet from her, all while the establishment is lined up at the till with only one oncash. And I realize that the days are busy but if covid has taught us nothing it should be obvious to clean the place. Worstever in all my life customer service. Read more
AVOID this location, it is chronically understaffed. One of either the drive thru or main counter has been closed almost every... time I have tried to stop here. Usually I give up and continue my drive but the couple times I made it through the drive thru(which always takes a long wait) they got my order wrong. Stupid me for giving them too many chances, it?s too bad because it?sa great location for a Tim?s and a logical stop for any road trip or commute along the 115. Would give zero stars if I could andfinally decided I will never go again. Tim Hortons corporate seriously needs to look into the franchise owner/management here.The Tim?s brand is damaged by locations like this. Read more
Since I moved to Omemee I travel down the 115 everyday to work in Bowmanville. This is my morning stop for coffee. GREAT... morning staff. They are friendly, efficient and caring. Recently my Mom passed and I received condolences and support from myTimmies family. Whatever they are doing - keep it up and it's hey Mgmt ... it's Christmas Bonus time!! Read more
Worst food and service. It took them 30 minutes to prepare 2 sandwiches even when there wasn't much rush. Grilled sandwiches... were not grilled, rice was only half cooked, and the bagel was burnt. Read more
Disappointed with the number of challenging comments before mine that they continue to go unaddressed. 20 min drive through wait... to be told they didn?t have anything but coffee to offer. Is there a supply issue at this location, is management aware andaddressing these concerns? Hoping for a better experience in the future (if we stop). Read more
Decided to go through drive thru after not going for some time as our orders are not accurate in past and once again they did... not disappoint and once again proved to be incompetent. Had to remind them for sleeves on our coffees one being black that weordered with coffee. Then halfway down Hwy the 1 coffee was wrong!!!! One of the busiest location due to the last stop before 407 highway. On weekends it usually the waiting time is more than 20... minutes. Instead waiting in the line, Drive thru is more faster and convenient. Right now they are so busy and also in search ofthe people to work. So its a golden opportunity for job seekers. Also, I would like to request everyone to handle with patienceas this store is having less employee and much busier. Read more
