Stopped here for lunch - the only good was server. French onion soup was just broth - when we asked about cheese and croutons we... were told they forgot to add it. They took the soup back and put bread in with cheese on top. The baguette that comes withsoup they were out of. Full breakfast - sausages were so over cooked they could barely be cut. Restaurant out of napkins, women's washroom had water all over the floor. Full price was charged for soup! No offer to reduce based onexperience. I wouldn't even give them one star. Ordered 2 kitchen sinks to go, got home the chicken was still raw, the fries were not cooked... they didn't give me my sauces, called they said theyd get the manager to call me (after a week she never did) so i messagedthem online. Manager answered back and said sorry ill. Leave a gift card at the bar. She left a $50 card not even enough toget my 2 kitchen sinks replaced even though we were coming from Fredericton but thats besides the case. Ordered tonight and usemy gift card. Got thr jungle crunch qnd fries and I specifically said. Please NO MAYO (guess whwt they put on it when I gothome and seen) yes mayo, my husband had the phillysteak which consisted of mostly veggies and they forgot his au jus. Calledand they didnt remember me going in, she said were you just here, I said yes like not evw an hour ago I had placed an. Order tone ready at 8. She said ill leave a $25 card. No apologies nothing. So I messaged the manager again all she said was did youwant the gift card, I said well obviously but can you mail it because im not wasting my gas again going down, she read it anddidnt reply. I visited around supper time, and although it was busy when I first got there, within minutes most of the tables were cleared... and empty. Staff were extremely nice and great to deal with. Unfortunately, we waited over and hour for our food. This wasdisappointing for 2 reasons. Reason #1 was that of the 20?ish available tables, only 4-6 were seated, so capacity was low. If itwas busy, I?d hate to see how long it would take. Reason #2 is that when we finally did get our food, it wasn?t fresh. It wasclear that at least half of it had been sitting out and waiting for the rest to cook. I don?t mind waiting the extra time ifthe end result was amazing food, but that wasn?t the case. Maybe the kitchen was short staffed, but if that was the case wewere not made aware of the potential wait time in advance because of that. I?m sure I?ll visit this place again, but veryunlikely anytime soon. Read more
Been there a number of times over the past month. Food has always been fresh, tasty, flavourful and quick. Staff were always... friendly and polite. My kids love it there as well!! My only negative comment is that the staff should stay off their phones,and not fix their hair at the bar where diners can witness this. It won?t stop us from coming back, however perhaps something tomention. Really do enjoy it there! Read more
Not the best, a little disappointed. Service was slow but food was hot when it came out. Server was lovely. Not enough lettuce... in the greek salad, but the tacos were awesome. My husband's burger was killed twice, not charcoal, but a little more and it mayhave been, fries were "deadly" (another word for awesome) Read more
It was my first time eating here. The food we got was Surf and Turf, chicken burger, the monster grilled, and the appetizer. I... like my surf and turf, but the fries were too soggy. However, the scallops, shrimp, steak, and the veggies were so amazing! Theserver was super nice, she was friendly and helpful. We had a good time eating here for sure. Read more
I've eaten here twice now first time was back in March I ordered delivery Second time was last night pickup. The first time I... ordered steak and seafood for 2 it was 70$ the seafood gave us really bad food poisoning we were sick for 3 days. We calledexplained what happened they apologized and told us we had a 35$ coupon we could use anytime. A few months later we decided togive them another try. They of course did not have the coupon that was apparently put aside for our bad experience last time. Weordered fajitas for 2 cost around 50$. first off not nearly enough food for 2 ppl. they were also swimming in grease but worse,again they gave us food that had spoiled. all the toppings cheese lettuce tomatoes seemed to have been pre-packed with no dates.Clearly this place is not following safe food practices. The tomatoes were fine, the lettuce was turned it was slimy and turningbrown, the cheese smelled and seemed to be melted in the container. Great friendly staff, but there was some stuff lacking for instance they gave me a teaspoon of coleslaw and the hot wings were... not even mild. I had heard of this place from friends and they would rave about the suicide wings which unfortunately are nolonger on the menu. All that being said the wings were cooked to perfection, my ribs were very tasty and they have great fries. Read more
