I frequent this Taco Bell and though mistakes happen quite often I tend to overlook them. This time though I have to call it... out. How do you serve tacos with no lettuce? It's not just that the tacos didn't have lettuce, but the lack of transparencythat they ran out of lettuce before I ordered tacos for my entire family is what gets me. The fail of this experience doesn'tend there though. After feeling forced to eat my sad, forsaken, lettuce free tacos I go to take a nice swig of my deliciousMountain Dew only to find that I was given a diet Mountain Dew. This is when a bad experience became an atrocity. This was byfar the most tasteless waste of time money and energy I have experienced yet at this location. Now I'm forced to drive severalmiles to a different Taco Bell just to avoid the continued failures here. Read more
I came on a motorcycle and since the inside was closed as it was 10:20pm I went through the drive through. I asked if they could... bring my food out to the front over the intercom and they said they could, and then when I got to the window the cashier triedto hand me a drink. I told him I?d pull up front, as I have a sportbike and no space, and they told me I had to take my drinkand my food and they couldn?t bring it out to me. Terrible service, ruined my appetite, 0-10. This is a fantastic Taco Bell location. They have a new manager (Christian) and he is working hard to to create a customer... service-centric culture and it it shows. All of our food has been consistently delicious and prepared properly. We did have ahiccup with a missed item and the manager made sure we were happy with the resolution. Read more
We ordered $4 burrito supremes and they were TINY! With NO meat inside. Our daughter ordered a $1 cheesey bean and rice burrito... that was bigger than our burrito supremes. The crunch wrap supreme had NO meat. Very skimpy toppings. My daughter was not ableto finish it because she said it was "gross". The tacos were "ok" at best. Read more
The newer manager there cares about the food they serve, portions are outstanding and done right the first time, average wait... time when busy is about 5 mins. Read more
Food was sloppily made, tacos were gross. The staff was very rude, and the restaurant was very dirty.the front counter people... werehaving a conversation of there love lives at the register for a good 5 minutes before they would even acknowledge the lineof people in front of them ready to order.. Super friendly staff here! I have a special diet and they worked hard to find me foods I could eat. A few of the employees... roamed around the dining room making sure everybody was happy. My meal was delicious and very satisfying. Read more
They got six people working there but try to tell me there's only two people making food in the drive-throughs backed up all the... way around the building and I'm 15 minutes late delivering my doordash because they just didn't get around to it. Apparentlythey're not getting paid enough. Pay them employees enough to do their job please Read more
