Went for Veterans Day. The place was nice and clean and the staff was super friendly.
Got the medicine ball it tasted putrid like the lemon or honey was bad had sediment in the cup which isnt usual..After some... other errands went down the road to another Starbucks( located in a store) and my friend got me another one and it actuallytasted good. ?.Sorry but when going through the drive through it makes it a bit difficult to return a drink? Also after I gothome I read other reviews of this location and it seems like they tend to use expired or stuff that?s went bad making thedrinks taste funny, definitely wouldn?t trust another drink at this location. Frank did an AMAZING job on my mocha frappuccino. I always ask for an extra pump of mocha, and almost no one makes it right. But... frank did! He is AWESOME, and deserves the praise. This whole store deserves praise. The business was clean, the staff friendly,and the atmosphere was wonderful. 10/10 come here for a good experience! Thank you Frank! Read more
Slowest drive through ever. I waited 20 min, accidentally drove past the intercom because I took a call I was suppose to take... min ago and didn't see it...I tried to explain to the painted pig that it was a mistake, but before I could say anything after"I had mobile order, Im so sorry I ...." she angrily spat "you still have to stop! Here!" I would've threw my half filled cupdrink at her if the poor boy who was trying to apologize wasn't standing there. Dont work around customers if you can't handlecustomers. First of all this location in particular has messed up my drink almost every time the past couple months, not sure why maybe new... hires. Today I called and told them and Nyna said, even though they had closed she would make me a new drink and bring it to mewhen I got there. She had 2 different venti drinks for me to try and gave me both and apologized. I really appreciate goodcustomer service! Please Starbucks give her a raise and promotion!!!!! Waited around 20 minutes for a drip coffee and an iced tea. The place felt really understaffed. The situation looked desperate... for the few baristas working there. No cream or sugar out for the coffee. Drinks were ok. Read more
