My boyfriend and I walked in at 8:18pm when it?s stated they close at 9pm. IMMEDIATELY after walking in one of the employees... says out loud to his coworker ?so much for getting out of here at 9?. They were in the process of making someone?s order andsaid this right in front of him as well. I have never felt so unwelcome and awkward in a food establishment before. It made usfeel they were mad at us for giving them our business. We felt obligated to leave and so we walked out and watched them laughabout it as we were getting in our car. Read more
Jersey Mike?s at this location in Oro Valley AZ did such an excellent job making sandwiches for my mother?s 90th birthday party... that served 60+ sandwiches. Ordered from the app. Huge mistake. Sets an hour delay. Stop in expecting the order. 10 minutes waiting just to speak to the... guy. Then find out it gets scheduled by the app without your input. The team here in Oro Valley is amazing always friendly, helpful, kind and most of all take pride in the food quality, what is... unfortunate is that the owner refuses to staff 1 more person during peak times. Just think of how much more business you woulddo if people know they can get in and out faster. As a former GM in the food industry I know great service when I recieve it andyour employees go above and beyond. But not adding 1 more employee during the winter when Tucson sees am influx of over 100,000people is not good business it's GREED!!!!! Read more
