I door dash and this place was ok but man over last 2 years nearly they are slow !!!! Even with full staff!!! I don't get it how... the hell do you have staff and takes forever??? Hey wendys in ormond beach ever herd of fast food ? Not slow food! I swear thisplace is dirty and lack of leadership at this place! And they could careless about dashers being on time or late ! The most rude workers I've ever encountered at a drive through. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it came just the chicken... and bread.... no mayo, no tomatoes or lettuce. Didn't even give me a receipt or tell me the cost of my order. Read more
Horrible. A weird rude experience. Asked to pull over. Food brought out was wrong. Second time around was not the charm either.... Food was cold, not prepared any of our ways. A waste of $25. Never again to any Wendy's will I go. My last three experiences atvarious locations all sucked. Twice the Frosty was overfill and made a big mess when the lid was removed. This place is an absolute freaking nightmare. Tried going two days before work with only two cars ahead of me I had 25 minutes... and I still couldn't get anything their drive-thru sucks the building is locked. I sat in my car waiting 10 minutes and therewere two cars in front of me and neither car went I got out of my car went and looked in the building and three employees arestanding in the dining room talking with six cars waiting outside at the drive-thru. Mind you I gave them a second chance andbasically the same exact thing happened again I ended up going to work with no food or drink. Mismanaged horribly ran andhorrible employees. Read more
Just went to this Wendy's to order a frosty. Not a single customer in the drive thru and the guy told me they were temporarily... closed and that the frosty machine is broken down for the night. They close at 11:00pm. Sounds like a lazy employee to me! Read more
On two separate occasions (months apart) I pull up to the drive through window and wait forever for somebody to acknowledge me. ... Today Saturday at 6:30 PM I pull up and wait 3 mins to finally have somebody say I can?t take your order now. A sign orsomething would be nice. The chicken sandwich was hard but things happen what I didn?t like was how I was talked to.( Lady at drive through with the... black hair and tan skin) I ordered $5 biggie bag with baconater fries but she didn?t say that she understood the update and wasvery quick ?anything else ? and sometimes wouldn?t talk. Then when I got to the window. ?I forgot she wanted baconater fries shesaid it like 5 times ? with the window open. Clearly I could hear. Very rude staff. Read more
Sad I even have to give one star. Every time we decide to give them a try they prove to me why I should just waste my gas... driving to the next one! Unfortunately, we didn?t get as far as them messing up our order this time. However, we did get theusual rudeness. Lady was standing right at the window, I sat at ordering machine for 10 minutes before finally speaking up tosay ?Hello?? No answer. I asked ?Are you guys not opened?? Still no response.
