I've seen the bad reviews but I have been here 3 times recently as I just have moved to the neighborhood and I ordered some... crunchy beef tacos and the beef and cheese melt. The young man at the counter with the dark hair it was about 2pm Mondayafternoon 11-14 was quick and very friendly. The food was right on target, tasted fresh and well made and the lobby where I atewas very clean. Good food, a clean restaurant, and decent service is what I come for and I get all 3 every time. Oh my goodness, the potatoes and the soft potato spicy taco or anything but soft. They're like crunching on nails! I wonder how... long they have been lying around waiting to be used in my taco? Just awful. And I'm not sure if this is a franchise, but theprices are way higher than any other Taco Bell I've ever seen. Will never visit again. Read more

None of the food was marked. The whole order was wrong. We ended up with 3 chicken and 1 beef when we ordered 1 chicken, 1 beef... and 2 veggies. Not sure why it was so hard for them to understand. They put my box in a bag instead of a box, forgot my 5 layer burrito completely, I had to wait in line ten minutes to get my... burrito, and in the process drank half of my Baja blast. Update: This is not a good Taco Bell - do yourself a huge favor and drive to the one closer to 95. It?s much better. The food is... always suspiciously wet and anything crunchy will be extremely soggy and inedible. Original review: This location always servessoggy bottom tacos - They are so disgusting and the bottom portion is inedible. This happens to me every single time, it is notjust an isolated incident. The young man who was working here this evening ( we think his name was Burtis) was the only one of all the crew members that... kept his cool and did his job. The so called manager was extremely rude to not only to the crew but also the customers. The girlworking the drive thru just stood there and played with her nails. There was absolutely no reason for it to take over 30 minutesto receive our food and we had to get our own drink cups.
