The food is good, the portions are generous, and the servers are very attentive and nice. I added photos of a small antipasto... salad and a regular cheese pizza. I was surprised by the pizza - the underside didn’t look cooked enough and the cheesedidn’t bubble (see photo), so I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised when I ate it. The sauce wasdistinctively different than most places and made for a great taste! I only had one slice there and brought the rest home. The first time we ate here it was great. It was a few weeks ago. However we went back today and had some issues and won’t be... back. The water we received had caked up gunk and dirt on the rim(waitress didn’t notice it). Luckily I found it before Istarted drinking. Then the pizza was covered in grease-not like normal pizza because I know the difference. It was a huge poolof grease on top. Then what sent us over the edge was the Italian sausage parm sub was red and not cooked all the way. Thewaitress was nice and said sorry every time but when we brought it up to the counter everyone just looked at us like we werecrazy. No remorse from anyone but the waitress. The place I think needs some TLC with the ripped chairs everywhere we shouldhave known that the place was a bit looked over. Also by the amount of caked up dirt and whatever else that was on that cup. Itsucks because the first time we ate there it was delicious, but we can’t stomach the thought of going back if their food andmaterial is that looked over. Read more
Ordered thru Slice. Ordered margherita pizza, garlic knots and 3 drinks. Drinks were wrong but no big deal, we drank them... anyway. Pizza did not have extra cheese like ordered. There was a puddle of tomatoes juice in center. One slice had only asliver of cheese on it and the basil was black and crispy. Contacted Slice customer service. They called the restaurant and theysaid the pizza was made correctly. They swear the pizza did not go in the oven with the basil. End of story. They didn't care.Escalated it again to different customer service person. Sent pictures. Still waiting for some sort of resolution. Read more
Our first visit was a take home pizza..it was so perfect and actually found the place by turning into the strip... accidentally..asked a lady coming out about the pizza there she gave the place a thumbs up so we went home with one. The secondvisit we invited two friends to join us to eat inside..had a large to share and all had assorted salads..best salad selectionsand the pizza was a hit with our friends as well. We are sold on our new pizza place. Can't ask for better. The people are greatthere as well. If you have not ventured out to this location on Granada..please do yourself the favor. Read more
2nd time I've had the lunch special, 2 slices and a drink. Both times the pizza was burnt, instead of heating up and already... cooked slice, they recooked it, the crust was burned, tough as rubber, cheese was brown. Lesson here is order fresh, the freshpizza is great here.. Seems everything they reheat they recook. Parking is always a pain in the butt here too. Read more
