The experience was generally poor. It started when I walked in. There were two people, who were together, who were waiting to... order when I walked in. It took about 10 minutes for anyone to come to the register to take their order, as everyone was busywith drive-through orders. However, when someone did finally come to the register, he took that order, my order, and the orderof the person behind me fairly swiftly. A few minutes later, the people ahead of me received their food. About 6 minuteslater, they called out to the guy who walked in after me, saying they only had two biscuits. His order should have 4. But,they gave him two cookies instead, and an extra piece of chicken, so he left happy. I kept on waiting. Twenty minutes after Iplaced my order (the time was on the receipt, so I waited to exactly 20 minutes), I approached the counter. There was a blondegirl with a limp who was in that area, though I had been watching for 20 minutes. She was not doing any work, she was justthere. I asked her if she would check on my order, and she said, "ya, sure." Then she walked over to the drive-through windowand never returned. She did not check on my order. I waited a few more minutes, and there was no one at the register, so Ijust yelled into the kitchen, "can someone come give me my money back, I've waited long enough." A young guy came to theregister and asked if he could help me. I explained that I had waited over 20 minutes, and people already had their food whohad come in after me, and I'd asked the girl to check on my order and she just walked away, and now I've had enough, as I have along drive ahead of me, have already wasted 30 minutes in their store, and I just want a refund so I can leave. He then turnedto look over his left shoulder and yelled, "Steve, I need you up here." Steve, wearing a tag that says, "shift supervisor" wasthe bright spot. Went through the drive thru at 8:30pm. If this would allow me to give 0 stars I would. I was told I could not order 6 legs, then... I asked for 4 and the guy said I could only have 3 legs. Another worker from the kitchen then hollered out "2". They said its a20min wait on legs. My husband tried asking for a large gravy and was told he couldn't order it. Absolutely ridiculous, the oneon Mason Avenue AND the one in Port Orange will make this order with no problems. We asked for large sides at the speaker andthe manager came over and gave us an attitude and said "oh well, you thought you were ordering a large side. Went at 2:05 pm and they said didn't have nothing and had to wait 30 min ????. How not to be prepared at this time?. And took... like 10 minutes just to bill the guy Infront of me. They have me the impression they are not prepared enough for giving a goodservice. Read more
Today I waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through to get some undercooked chicken tenders. If I had known it would take so... long I'd have gone somewhere else. This KFC used to be the best around but has lost all the good workers I guess. Read more
I just want to say that night crew is awesome???? Especially Samantha?????? I told her what I really needed because I'm a... pregnant woman who is craving my food a certain way and she made it happen with a smile on her face... I truly appreciate greatservice and that was great service I feel like I was being a pain in the bu** but she reassured me that I wasn't and I thank herfor it... Went through the drive through about 1:15 pm on a Saturday. I was stoked to try the Jack Harlow meal! The gentleman was so nice... & patient as everyone placed their order. Food was fresh, hot, and so good! Average cost of our meals were $8.75. Read more

I just left from there and management & staff really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and accommodated for me... having to wait just a few extra minutes for the sandwiches. I wish people would understand that it's hard to staff a full teamright now and to just be a little more patient. Kindness goes a long way. Read more
