I LOVE Jommy John.. but unfortunately today's service or lack the of... I'm at work in Healthcare, ordered and paid for lunch...... ONLY to be called and told that I'm out of their delivery zone and my food would not be delivered.. AS well as waiting on mymoney to be retired in 5 days! I'm definitely dissatisfied. Read more
Not freaky fast delivery. Took to long, had to cancel and get a refund because my lunch was over and they still hadn?t delivered... it within 30 minutes. Call the manager, he said that other people were a priority and that it should still be there in another10 minutes so it would have still took matter of almost 45 minutes. Not impressed. Read more

We were 'nt that hungry so we order a small turkey hoagie. The roll was fresh. They gave you one piece of turkey and one piece... of cheese, four Halves of two cherry tomatoes,oregano a few cucumbers and a little bit of lettuce. The sandwich was good, butwe should have ask what size was a small because we thought it was a six inch and we were wrong about the size. Ibwould gothere again but would get a six inch instead. My first time trying this place and I must say I was not impressed at all. Who puts cucumbers on tuna without asking. Not must... tuna on a large sub. There was way more bread than tuna. Very dry. And when I got it the price took my breath away.. they sayfast but I was less than a mile away and it took 28 minutes. Pizza is delivered in 30 minutes or less and that is with themcooking it. Out of all in the area this use to be the best one, but after finding pubic hair on my sandwich I can no longer eat at this... place. Seems to be the normal thing at jimmy johns in this county. I stop going to the other one on Atlantic because of the sameissue except the one on N.Atlantic was intentional as it was more than 3 pieces This time in Ormond I think maybe it was an armhair. Advice: If you have hairy arms always keep them covered when prepping. And whoever took the order through the speakereither couldn't hear me or was just trying to be rude. Either way it's unacceptable. I couldn't eat my meal because of this.Definitely lost a customer. Read more
We order delivery from them all the time. Love the sandwiches, always fresh and arrives within 20-30 minutes at the most from... the time we ordered online. Love Jimmy Johns, prefer to go here vs Firehouse Subs who always have excuses that they are out ofsomething or can't do that when we make a large order. Thanks Jimmy Johns! We love you guys! We absolutely love theresandwiches and have ordered the party boxes many times for when we have contractors working at the house! Love them! Read more
Ordered the ?Turkey Tom? sub and a coke. Came home and ate the sandwich and drank the drink. 3 hours later I was in the bathroom... throwing up and other stuff. Do not go to this jimmy johns!!! I have been sick since I ate there and yes it is in fact foodpoisoning. Stay away!!! Read more
