Was in this afternoon about 3-4 pm and the two young people working were so nice....I asked their names and was told Grace and... Zak...just wanted to acknowledge them both for their work ethic and the calm they exhibited while coping with the busy drivethru and the customers inside. sometime young people don't get the acknowledgement they deserve. The last 3 times we have gotten doughnuts they have been stale.when this location first opened I went there all the time. They... had the freshest ,best dougnuts i have ever had. Not anymore. I was so dissappointed in the doughnuts I had a bacon and cheesesand , On croissant which came out burnt and bacon raw. I dont usually complain,but I think Dunkin Doughnuts should know somaybe they will fix these problems. Read more
Ordered sour dough bacon and egg sandwich. I had to play where?s the bacon in my sandwich. One piece of bacon is not a bacon... sandwich. Disappointed for sure. Read more
Not really great customer service but not bad either. They were really accommodating because the sandwich I wanted they no... longer had but they were quick to come up with something that was extremely similar and in my opinion better. The avocado toasthowever was more like guacamole spread on toast. I didn't really care for that but the sandwich with the plant-based Patty andthe Southwest egg and the cheese that was amazing and my son's chicken sandwich must have been good because he inhaled it...????.
