Drive thru person asked to move forward while I waited for our order to be completed. Waited approx 15 mins and order was never... going to come. We were the only people in line. Dunkin Donuts is awesome here in Ormond Beach!! Top Notch staff.. they have customers wrapped all the way on A1A and still they... have a pleasant attitude their Lobby is wet with water and so they have someone out in the parking lot asking if you have cashbecause of the fact that their credit card situation is not working but I'll tell you the morale here is really awesome thepeople here going through what they're going through they're excellent. Aiming to please I got the yard all cleaned up all thedebris first thing this morning helped out some individuals that were less fortunate. Just an awesome staff here in Ormond Beachand the public knows it it's the only place pretty much on A1A that's open electricity is off in most areas. I stopped in here for coffee since Starbucks was already closed at 8 p.m. I'm writing this review mainly to give recognition to... the employee who took my order. I was so impressed by his quality of customer service that I asked his name. He is Brian and hehas the most outstanding customer service skills I have seen in quite some time. His personality is bright and cheerful and heis happy to accommodate. He was happy to be of service, which seems unique these days. It was the end of the evening, closingtime and I observed Brian working hard with clean-up etc. I hope his manager will be reading this review and offer this hardworking man a raise to recognize him as an asset to this business. I do not know him and this was my first visit at this Dunkin.But I am a business owner and I do recognize how important good employees are to a business. Also, these essential dedicatedworkers like Brian are not an every day find. What a Gem you are Brian and if your are reading this, never underestimate yourvalue. When they 1st opened the donuts were the freshest I have ever tasted. They were amazing. The last 3 times we week ban here... though the donuts have been stale and I've been really disappointed.please go back to whatever you were doing in the beginning.I go early morning around 8am every time,so how can they be stale and not fresh?
