I ordered online for pickup at the drive through. The speaker wasn't working, so I pulled up to the window. The attendant at... the window looked at me like I was the first person in the history of mankind to have ever placed an order online. She askedsomebody else who also appeared confused. They started to ask me some questions about how I placed my order, but somebody elsesaid "I found it". They were all very nice. Just a bit confused. And the donuts were fresh and great. Update:. Ordered onlineagain this weekend. They are still struggling with online orders. My order was for a dozen donuts and I customized the orderchoosing specifically which donuts I wanted. These people do not know how to make coffee they continuously make my coffee wrong and then have an attitude when... they have to remake it get people that know what they?re doing to run that place if The Boss is not going to be available whileI have a business that?s not run properly! These ladies were amazing. Went in to pick up a big order for a charity event. I was having an issue with my Dunkin app(user... error) and they took the time to help me so I could pull up my wife's coffee order that I couldn't remember. I didn't catchtheir names but they were most helpful and as nice as could be. The donuts were a huge hit with all the attendees and madeeveryone extremely happy. Read more
I liked the new "Holes" offerings. Definitely the same great taste. But, as with everything else, the prices have raised. But,... do try the variety pack of them. Delicious. The service was quite quick, as well. Felt strange being apologized to for having towait for a few minutes. But, from other return customers reactions, fast service seems to be the norm. Read more
