I think I just went to heaven and back - my lunch was out of this world delicious! If you're vegetarian or vegan and gluten... intolerant, please do yourselves a favor and visit these lovely entrepreneurs for an amazing chip truck treat. TFT is making keto easy. Great poutine! Fries aren't the crispiest, but that happens with all turnip fries, so to be expected.... ????Keto fries ????are only offered on Fridays. Gravy and cheese is great and generous portions. Higher price for food truckprobably, but you get what you pay for, and this food is worth it. By the way; their buns are all homemade keto too! Wonderful staff and delicious food, with great care and caution for gluten-free eating. Food was made fresh to order, with no... frozen patties. Thumbs up to the patty wrap, cheeseburger poutine, and gluten-free TFT burger (that thing is a beast!!) Bonus:When I found out how new this business was, and that it was owned by such young entrepreneurs, I asked them to speak to my grade12 Personal Life Management class. Kitana was very candid talking about the pros and cons of this kind of work, and my studentsloved hearing the experience of someone so close to their own age.
