Always consistent, good chicken, quick service and reasonable price. Edit for most recent visit, We were seated quickly but... then waited a long time for our server to take our order, then waited and waited for our food to be brought to us. When itarrived the fries were cold not even warm, the wings on both meals were charred black, the sauce came in takeout containers andone of the meals didn't have butter for the bun. Normally these concerns could be mentioned to the server after the first fewbites but he was missing in action. At no point during our meal did he return to ask how things were (they weren't good). Whenwe were clearly done our meal and were just waiting another server ended up removing our plates from the table. Eventually ouroriginal server returned with the bill. Not impressed with this visit at all. The things we like about Swiss Chalet is that theyhave decent food and you can get in and out fairly quickly.....we got neither this time! Read more

Ordered takeout from them a few years ago, received half my order... and then rude customer service when I asked them to send the rest of the food I had already paid for. Thought I'd give then asecond chance years later... same thing! Received part of my order and like other reviews mentioned, you simply can't getthrough to the restaurant. Fully expect to get the same awful customer service if and when I finally get through. Worth thedrive to go to a different location or just order from St Hubert - they have never messed up an order in years of ordering fromthere! Read more

Ordered the festive quarter chicken meals. I ordered around 3pm for pick-up at 5:25. The meals were cold, missing the chocolates... that were part of the meal and the sweet potato fries which are extra was half the quantity of the regular fries. Impossible tocall the restaurant to get any satisfaction as it goes to their fax machine. If you call and choose the option to amend anexisting order, it goes to someone not in the store and not able to deal with the issue. He did not satisfactorily resolveanything and then passed me back to the restaurant where it rang and rang until the fax picked up. Read more

They have never gotten our order right if it is for take-out. We have gone here many times and there are always multiple things... missing/wrong, and our orders are standard orders like the quarter chicken dinner or a chalet poutine with no specialinstructions. Will never return to this restaurant, already gave more chances than were warranted. Read more

Sat at a table for 15 minutes, nobody came to serve us. Waitress went to see another table twice did not even greet us. Awful... service specially for the price. Very disappointing Read more

I ordered rotisserie chicken on a bun and when I got home which was a few miles away as I don?t live in the city, I found out... that I had no sauce in my order. What a joke!!! Read more

The quality of the food has really gone done. The fries are really greasy and the burger patties must've been sitting there... because it barely melted the cheese on the burger. Will most likely start going to other rotisserie places because this isdefinitely disappointing. Read more

Yesterday we went to this location for my Mother In Law's birthday dinner. We waited to be seated, where they did not have... silverware, and just put the menus down in a pile, we had to each grab one ourselves. after about 20 mins, our waitress cameover. She smelled really bad, a REALLY STRONG perfume, that smelt like a really cheap perfume. She came over and asked what wewanted for dinner. I then had to ASK for silverware. Finally a young girl in a ponytail came over and pretty mush tossed thesilverware onto the table, like she was going out of her way to give it to us, and we were interrupting whatever it was that shewas doing. My wife ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad, I ordered a Chicken Pot Pie, and my Mother In Law ordered a 1/4 Chickendinner. The waitress brought over a regular Caesar salad, which is NOT what she ordered, so it was returned. now 55 mins haspassed, and we were ignored the entire time we were there. 2 other families got there after us, and got their meals within a fewminutes. I told my wife that if we didn't get our meals in the next 10 mins, that we were leaving. 6 mins later they arrived. Mywife's salad was NOT white meat, which it is supposed to be. My Mother In Law's chicken was not fully cooked. The vegetables inmy pot pie were hard, and there was cartilage in both my meal and my wife's salad. The waitress asked how our meals were, and Itold her that we were not happy. She asked if I wanted another pot pie, but this one took an hour to arrive, so I said NOWAY. We were not offered a discount, not offered ANY KIND of restitution what so ever. Normally I am a BIG tipper, but not thistime. This was a HORRIBLE Experience, and I will never be back to this particular establishment. Management needs to step up andhire people who actually want to be there, who are cheerful, and pleasant to their customers.
