Would not buy again, first and last time. It's expensive, which would be ok if it was worth it but it wasn't. Chicken was very... dry,taters were old and tasteless, the only thing my kid kind of liked were chicken tender, but so overpriced for something youcan get half price elsewhere. Place is really clean which is really nice to see, and employees are really nice and friendly justhope food gets better. 5 stars for customer services and cleanliness but 2 stars for taste of food. Updated review: The quality has been much better in recent visits. My workplace orders many meals at once and I appreciate that... each person's order is packaged in its own bag. I would definitely eat here if I was craving a chicken sandwich. But overall Iwasn't very happy with the quality or presentation - there was about 5 pieces of shredded lettuce in the chicken sandwich andthe mayo was everywhere, you could tell it was made very quickly. I have ordered Mary Brown's Chicken's (located on 1615 Orléans Blvd. K1C 7E2) 9 piece feast for quite some time, but today it... was a real disappointment. At about noon, I was the only customer in the store which was a sharp contrast to the many times Iwas in the store before when people were lining up at that time. When I got home, I found the large Taters was missing so Idrove back to the store, and got the large Taters. Back home again, the taste of all food seemed queerly different, for onething it had too much salt to a level like you just ate salt itself, particularly for the Taters as if it were specificallytreated with an extra layer of salt, which was completely different from what I had experienced before. The above was just myexperience which I hope it would be helpful for other customers and for the store to improve its services and food quality inthe future. Read more

Prepare for long wait when you order here and their HVAC needs more hard work I guess, as you can smell chicken cooking as soon... as you enter. Some of the staff are not professional and prefers to talk with themselves while the line is waiting. I waited for5 minutes that someone will pay attention, but the girl was so busy talking and laughing that she occupied kitchen staff as wellwhile others were working hard to attend other customers and filling orders. I picked food from this location many times, buthave similar experience most of the time. 2 out of 10 times, the food was ready before I reached there and 8 times waiting andwaiting. Couple times, a staff member apologized for long waits, which was a nice gesture from her. So, it is bad and goodexperience. Read more

The plant based sandwich is just a small snack size portion, so I recommend getting a couple of them. It was reaaaaaaallygood! I just got the original one, and the sauce was fantastic! The plant based patty tasted just like chicken! One of thebetter plant based chicken sandwiches on the market. I also tried out the deep fried pickles, with a side of ranch which weregood as well. The batter is pretty thick and flavorful so after a couple bites I was ready to move on. Nonetheless, they weregood. The hubby got the regular chicken sandwich and said that it was amazing and stood out over everything else that heordered. Macaroni salad, was a pass for him, but coleslaw was a thumbs up. The wedges were also pretty decent. It was just a lotof fried food on top of fried. Located in a strip mall, with a handful of tables for eating in. Ordered Signature chicken for three people and four combos. The chicken pieces were good, but the offered sauces were definitely... not flavorful and ruined the taste of the chicken. We regretted ordering those sauces! Read more
