Reviews for Booster Juice in Ottawa, ON
Very disappointed. I always order the same thing a regular Funky Monkey. This time the funky monkey had a berry taste to it... almost like the wrong ingredient was added and then everything else was put in to try and cover it up. It was undrinkable. Read more
Typically have a good experience here but there is never enough staff working so it is always slow (which doesn't bother me all... that much, I understand). I was more annoyed today when I ordered a 'Berry Cream Sensation' and the woman told me it didn't comein a snack size? So I ordered it in a regular size and obviously paid more. I was waiting for it and then looked at the menu andrealized it is offered in snack size on the menu? Unsure what happened there. And then I got an entirely different smoothie...My point is just be aware. Otherwise the smoothies are always made well and blended right so. Read more
Great shakes, can be very busy at times being in the mall, so wait time can be upwards of 20 plus minutes.
I go to this booster juice once a month and had the chance to try about 8 different kinds. To be honest, I liked every single... one of them. The reason why I giving a 4/5 start is because the staff could be more energetic/happy looking. Read more

Amazing combination of delicious refreshing fruit smoothies and high protein super smoothies that are great for energy release... for runners like me or just anyone needing a boost to get through the day. They also do superfood (like acai berries) but Ihaven't tried these yet :) Read more
you wanna feel boosted?? Better get them top notch berries. Would rate it 10 stars but for some reason there?s limits on love.
The smoothies are delicious but I just had the most unpleasant experience I?ve ever had at this location. For context, I?m dairy... free and am allergic to apples. I politely asked to change up the mixed berry smoothie to remove the yogurt/cranberries and addoat milk. I also wanted to add a banana. Many fruit juices can be blended with apples which is why I opted out of the cranberry.I asked if the soy protein was dairy-free and the employee pointed to the board to read out what it said under soy protein andthat she didn?t know if it was vegan. I received a smoothie with cranberry juice and no banana. I also had to repeat myself afew times - I really don?t mind doing this but by saying ?what? or ?huh? other than excuse me, it just comes off as rude. Iunderstand it can be frustrating dealing with special requests, but as a health-conscious establishment, you should beconsiderate of the specific dietary needs of others - especially if they?re willing to pay for add-ins like protein! I wouldnormally have gone back to ask for a new smoothie but really didn?t want to deal with more attitude from the staff member. Read more
