We dined in and the food was cold. My wings were solid as if chewing on plastic. The restaurant was empty and there wasn?t any... valid reason for the food to be as low quality as it was. The food is usually pretty great and the employees tend to be pretty friendly, it?s one of my favorite restaurants to eat, I?m... just not sure when they actually close. It says 11:00 on google but I can get there at 10:00-10:15 and they have the drivethrough blocked off with cones and the doors locked which is pretty frustrating. I?m not too sure how closing works or if theyare supposed to not serve anybody before the time it says they stop serving people but it?d be awesome to get someclarification. Read more

Normally everything is hot and full order is there. Today the young lady had me wait for awhile in the drive thru then I placed... the order for 20 pieces I should have specified that it was the family meal. Normally the cashier will ask, she didn't and imglad I checked my order before leaving. Only chicken for $26.00 well I needed the bread and fries, I was charged another $9.00 Isaid ok because I was not specific when I placed the order. The young lady was nice but I think she is new. I?ve ordered here many times before. I normally just get tenders and fries. The tenders aren?t great, but they?re not horrible.... They?re pretty small and frequently are overcooked/hard. The fries are a bit better, but seasoning is never put onthem. However, I decided to order something different this time. I got the cheddar bites and the chicken sandwich. The cheddarbites were good, but the chicken sandwich was inedible. The chicken was hard and rubbery. It didn?t look pink, so I?m assumingthat the meat was bad quality or it was just extremely overcooked. Definitely won?t be coming here anymore. Read more

Overall the customer service was great the manager and the drive-thru girl were extremely nice and they did their job. I did end... up waiting for quite some time but the food was fresh unfortunately I was short One Wing and one chicken tender and I ended upgetting literally 5 small cheese bites for $6 that's what I paid for $0.02 worth of product. I really don't recommend this place. I was waiting in the car for 40 minutes and when I left I checked the food, the order was... completely wrong and I asked for an order of chicken finger and they only gave me French fries. The service was terrible andthe manager who was in charge of the shift did not want to show her face and handle the situation accordingly.
