Specifically asked for NO COLESLAW on my chicken finger plate and yet still got coleslaw, not the first time that happens. Bad quality Horrible cooking they must have used cold oil to cook the fries because they looked and tasted dry and oily. The... bread was white with Zero seasoning and garlic. The chicken was ok at best with a fishlike taste, it felt very greasy comparedto other Zaxbys. Read more

Unfortunately I don't know what has happened to this particular Zaxby's the service is always slow and the employees could care... less. There is one older lady usually in the Drive-Thru who is super nice but everyone else behind the counter has no customerservice. Zaxby's food is good and I wish there were other locations closer by. Has takeout from this location, first time having Zaxbys in 7-8 years since I relocated from Georgia. I say , the service was... less like the Georgia /AL locations (which took 10minutes) to around the same speed as a Burger King (or faster). The Tenderswere amazing (9.9/10)! I received a coupon from Oneblood drive (the truck for blood donation was on their parking lot) it was for a meal at Zaxbys?.... and I decided to stop and redeem my coupon. I order the salad and order of fries and water and the lady wanted to charge me $12and change I gave her the coupon and she tells me I have to pay the full amount I question her to what was covered under thecoupon and she didn?t know ,told me to wait a minute,then close the window then another young guy comes to the window and saidthe amount is 17$ and I told him I?m confused all I want to know what?s cover under the coupon , he didn?t know either he closesthe window and then the lady comes back and tells me that 7$ had been deducted from my 20$ bill!!!and my bill was 12$ I got evenmore confused and again I asked her what was the value of the coupon as all these charge?s didn?t make sense to me. . This wasmy first and last time here. And no, I don?t want a handout ,I was just trying to redeem a simple coupon even it was just awater ????. Shame on them, Not again. Honor what you promise or don?t promise anything like a switch and bait. I left withoutasking for the manager as their line was getting bigger. First time ever eating here. Wasn't sure what to order, but the menu said the chicken sandwich was popular, so I ordered that... and a club sandwich. Service was quick and pleasant. Drive thru only (no dining inside). The food was good. Pretty salty, butthat's what most fast food is. I ordered the chicken sandwich 'spicy' but it wasn't exceptionally spicy.
