Cold stale food , I ordered ahead online , came in at my scheduled time and had to sit there for 30 minutes . Only to receive... cold fries and a sandwich with a stale bun. Customer service offered to give me a credit but ignored me after offering it . It?sjust not worth it . Read more

The most unprofessional establishment. I tried to place an order over the phone since ordering online doesn?t allow me to... comment any special instructions. No one picked up the phone to even say ?can I put you on a brief hold?, just straight to thesame 3 repetitive messages playing over and over for more than 10 minutes and still no answer. While I was still on hold, Idrove by the location since I live close by and there weren?t any customers inside. The second I saw that I immediately lostinterest in ordering here today, or any day going forward. Truly professional and would not waste your money at this location.Good day. Read more

Please be better! I love Wing Stop, but there was a serious problem with online orders here at the Michigan store tonight! I... walked in about 10 mins after the app said my Online order was ready. I stood in line and watched the Lady at the register takefour Walk-In orders and then she told me they were working on my Online order. After waiting 40 minutes and watching all four ofthose Walk-in orders and other online orders fulfilled, I asked about my Online order. The Chef had to find my order in thesystem and and then he started making it 40 minutes after it was supposed to have been ready!!! It also would have been nice tohave my drink while I waited, like others did! I appreciate the apology from the Chef. The Lady at the register was rude andthis was just unacceptable!!! Read more

Everytime I call I am on hold for a tremendous amount of time. Then we associates finally pick up the phone, I am placed on hold... again. This has happened multiple times. The online site doesn't offer bone in lunch specials so one can't order on line. Read more

I placed an order for $30 worth of wings to be delivered they use door dash so the order arrived and was left on the doorstep my... 12-year-old went To retrieve the order brought to the kitchen table opened the bag and had the wrong food in it. How verydisappointing when I called Wingstop the young lady on the phone let me know that she was the only employee there she was doingeverything by herself and she was very frustrated and that I should just call DoorDash and get a refund. Unfortunately thisfood was supposed to be for my sons dinner as well as for his lunch the next day while I was at work for 12 hours and was notgonna be able to be there to get him anything further to eat. I spoke to three different people on the phone and it tookapproximately 40 minutes to even gets the refund part And now they are telling me 10 business days?. Yuck to thisexperience?.. UPDATE: it took three weeks to get the money deposited back into my account!!!!! Read more

Took 30 minutes for 10 wings. Cashier has the customer service skills of someone who just discovered human communication and is... new to society as a whole. Food is ok but you can get better wings at pizza hut. Read more

Quicker service than the other locations in the area but where they are lacking is they don?t sauce the wings fully. It looks... like they poured it on top, not tossed. We have to ask for more sauce on the side to compensate. This is the third time we haveordered and encountered this issue. If they properly tossed the wings, it would be 5 stars. Read more
