I came less than an hour before close and had a special order and they treated me with the same amount of respect and kindness... as any other customer, no attitude for coming in late or being rushed out or anything like that. My order was prepared in atimely manner without a single complaint. The food was Delicious & The cashier (Raquel ) and team member (Mo) showed exceptionalcustomer service and the other team member (Lordes) was very quick at work with the orders which made the meal that much better!Thank you all! Read the reviews!!! My story is similar to one of the ones below. This location charged me $42.05 for wings I never received and... for months has refused to refund my money. The corporate office has not been much help either. I ended up having to disputethe charge with my bank and have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Buyer Beware! Read more
Well, this was by far my worst experience here. Time Stamp 3:05pm Friday September 30, 2022 1) Put me on hold and didn't answer... my call before arriving at the restaurant 20 minutes later. ( couldn't order ahead) 2) Waited 45 minutes inside their lobby andthey gave away my order to someone else. Hopefully you discuss these issues with your crew. Last Time eating at this location. Listen, their food is tasty for sure. That said... the place is not super clean, AND... they take FOREVER to prepare orders. ... The wing stop website and app, is really mostly at fault as it seems to always default to the same estimated time for pickup(16-21 minutes). It is NEVER ready on time. My order took nearly an hour. I waited in the entryway with 7-10 other groups(also waiting for their food) for about 25 minutes. Get your act together... this is at least the 3rd time this has happened tome. Read more
I woke up this morning looking forward to my wife and I having some delicious wings. Instead, we ended up with food poisoning.... How do we know it was from here? It?s the only thing we?ve had all day. I didn?t notice until my last wing (because of thespices and sauce) that they smelled ?off?. So now we?re dealing with cramps, and spewing from both ends. So if you?re lookingfor an awful experience, with diarrhea, cramps, nausea and vomiting, this is the place for you! Have a good day everyone, I?moff to throw up until I pass out. First off I went there twice tonight? first time they told me they don?t take cash so I went home and got my card?? when I went... back everything was good until I was leaving?? there was only one female employee and she told to put up the chairs up in themost rudest manner when I was standing for 30 minutes straight waiting??? I didn?t sit at all ?? she made it seemed like I hadtaken the chairs down in the first place ?. These were the worst wings Iv ever had in my life. Iv never done a google review in my life and I?m 30, Tijuana flatz has better... wings. I ordered half garlic and half buffalo and both were completely bone dry. I just can?t comprehend how a place thatspecializes in wings has literally the worst wings Iv ever had in my entire life, also, delivery took one hour and twentyminutes.
