I walked in I was not acknowledged after about 5 mins. Afterwards I mentioned I had an online order that was ready for pick up,... I even arrive 4 mins passed the time I got the confirmation it was available. I am currently still waiting in the store, as myorder is not ready but was marked completed. Also not one employee was wearing either a hat, or hair net, which is not compliantto any health codes, and did not have on any gloves while handling the food. On top of that I was met with attitude when Ipolitely asked when my order would finally be ready. Truly disappointed as I am a customer that comes in frequently because Ilive and work in the neighborhood. Wing stop is one of my fave places to eat but I am not compromising my health for food. on of my go to places for wings. their product is top notch, but the persons working there are down to nothing in service. i... ordered online, got to the store 20 minutes later, told the server that my order was a chicken sandwich, she tells me is notready yet. i wait for half hour more for the manager to tell me that they are out of chicken fillets and is waiting for a personto deliver them. the first server could tell me that and didnt. extremely bad service DONT GO TO THIS ONE! What an amazing experience this location delivered. I ordered the wrong items and when I get home it was was too late to drive... back. Henrietta the GM told me to come in today and she will replace the meal. Not only did she replace my food she went aboveand beyond to cook meal. I love wing-stop and I have never seen the level of quality these wings looked coming out. Let?s justsay I am not hungry anymore and my satisfaction has been granted to me with exceptional service. Hello my fellow wing-goers. This WingStop is terrible! First off, the employee taking my order was texting on his phone and was... not attentive at all. Then, I spotted an employee in the back on the fryer drop a hand full of boneless wings on the floor, andthen foolishly put them in the fryer! I also ordered boneless wings but was served bone in wings (for the better I suppose). Thefries were not seasoned at all and taste like they have been microwaved after sitting in the fridge for the day (the fries atother WingStops are usually seasoned quite nice, as we all know).
