This place is so run down and under managed. I ordered my food online, waited 40 minutes before coming to pick it up. I got to... the store it still wasn't ready, everyone looked under 18, literally watched the female manager get out her car, pass the bluntthe one of the other workers then come in. I certainly enjoyed my lunch here well enough for a second trip. Likely it will be more than that too. The folks behind the... counter with energetic and friendly and professional. The wings were just what I was looking for and the fries were a total loadthat I waddled away with. It was all very good. If I have a complaint it's that the only ketchup available were from the smalltear open packets. They gave me plenty of them but jeepers! who wants to spend 10% of their lunch time openingpackets? We ordered our food and waited about 30 minutes. We asked for our order after that and was told it would be 5 more minutes. We... waited and went back up to the counter 20 minutes later to ask for our order and we were told they gave it to someone else!After waiting for almost a full hour, and no food or apology or anything done to make their mistake right, we left and justasked for our money back. We went over to the wing stop on kirkman and ordered the same meal, after waiting 45 minutes wereceived our order and the fries were cold and looked like they had been refried in oil multiple times. We asked if we couldhave fresh fries and the cook came and told us they were out of fries and we could have corn instead. We said okay that was fineand once he went back to cook he was talking bad about us to the entire staff there and was very unprofessional. So yet again weasked for a refund and left. Two hours of life wasted at wing stops with no food. This place should really reconsider how theygo about their hiring process. Their employees are going to out them out of business with the terrible customer service at everylocation. Read more
Omg! Their garlic wings are EVERYTHING!!! So yummy! I ordered garlic wings, mild Buffalo, and Parmesan wings for a small... gathering. The garlic wings were my absolute faves!!! They had my food well packaged and ready for pick up on time after Iplaced an order online two days prior. Read more
Store was not cleaned, they left the back door open which had the entire store freezing. Tables and counters where filthy!... Windows and floors where horrible. My pictures do it no justice. Very poor customer service, walk in and get completely ignored by staff, as if I wasn?t even standing there. Apparently being on... phones and talking trash was more important.
