I used to love this place. I have tried going back post covid and giving them a try every Monday. I can no longer go back. ... They have one server for the entire restaurant. Their wings seem to get smaller every week. We won trivia last Monday and weasked them to split the winnings evenly between our party, as they have always done and this time they refused. They have losta party of 8 to 16 people every Monday night due to very poor customer service Avoid this place. Read more
I have been coming to Wing Shack since 2005 and I have never experienced services like I received today. Upon entering I waited... 15 minutes for someone to take my order. I was told my food will be ready between 15-20 mins. I placed my order at 4:05. I leftwith my food at 4:55. While waiting for my food to be made, I hade to ask the Bartender on 3 different occasions for 1 drink.After receiving my overdue drink, the bartender had the audacity to say" I am the only one working the bar but I am sure you donot understand". Wow! I would've understood if other patrons did not come in after me, ordered and was provided with excellentservice. Its sad to say that my family and I will not be back at this establishment. If I could give zero star I would. Sincethe new ownership this once upon a time 'Local Gem' has gone down the tanker! Read more

I don't usually write sub par or bad reviews, but the service at the Wing Shack tonight was the worst bar service I have ever... had. As a matter of fact I never got served at the bar after sitting there for an hour. I tried to flag the bartender girl downseveral times.. she just ignored me. I was warned by the guy sitting next to me when I first sat down. He said he already waited30 minutes. When she finally addressed him I kindly asked for a beer. Nope, I was ignored and never served. I just bought loaded fries and paid $7.49.. but for that price if I counted 10 fries is a lot. I thought it would be a full... plate but at Wendy's they serve more fries. This happens when you want to try something new. Wings are great tho Read more
First time and Wing Shack. The staff is a lot of fun. Was there watching the band ?My Generation? - they rock. The waitstaff... was on the ball even when band was jamming or you could go to their giant bar and easily get your drinks without much wait. Theprices are very reasonable as well.
