Absolute perfection! Originally we lived up north where White Castle was all around, when we moved to Florida we were craving... the day we would have a White Castle. Living only 2 hrs away yes... we make the drive as often as possible as there is NOcomparison to having them fresh! I'll never forget May 2021 we stood in line for hours for the Grand Opening Week! It was 100%worth it. What an honor for us to have the largest White Castle currently built. Absolutely beautiful and great staff and can'tbeat the addictive food! This place was hopping, line was out the door to the dine in counter. Two drive through lanes were busy. Dubbed as the world... largest White Castle, it may seem small to most, however, I think it refers to the seating inside, with TVs, ordering kiosks, aswell as counter service, two drive thru areas, as well as a patio seating. None of which is found in their stores up north. Igrew up in the Chicago area and had been missing my 'sliders'. Or as I refer to them 'My Mighty Whitey One Bites' if yourmouth is big enough! L O L. Even if you don't like the burgers, buy a drink, free refills and make your own suicide mix. Itried a few different sandwiches: impossible burger, chicken, regular and cheese along with onion chips. My purchased alsoincluded 3 of the White Castle Orland souvenir T-shirts. The store is clean and nostalgic. I asked one of the crew if heenjoyed working here. Was really impressed ????. I have never been but my boyfriend continuously brought it up because he used to live out here. Food... took a little bit to get but otherwise I totally come back. I really wish I could do this review with zero stars!!!! Not sure what was worse, the food or the service, or rather, the... lack-of-service. We ordered 20 cheese burgers, they were so cold that the cheese didn?t even melt(see photo) ten regular withcheese and ten cheese burgers without onions, the taste of onions was prevalent in every bite. We also ordered two orders ofloaded fries that were $3.99 each, eleven fries on one order and 9 on the other, in this case, less was actually better, thefries taste as if they were removed from the freezer and allowed to thaw out to room temperature before being topped with bacon,liquid cheese and lots of salt. I?ve been there, No Need To Ever Return. Worse service I?ve ever had at any establishment,seriously ever! Favorite thing about this restaurant was the multitude of phone chargers throughout. I travel for work and dineat many restaurants and this is by far, the slowest and worse service I?ve ever endured. And yes, they were fully staffed. Wecounted 18 employees working during our visit. I had White Castle from their ghost kitchen but it's not from this location. I was finally able to dine at White Castle. I... decided to visit on Valentines day because they had a great deal on the love cube which consisted of 8 sliders, 2 sides, and 2drinks. It was very busy and alot of waiting. It is very small inside most the tables were used by waiting customers. So we ateoutside on the covered patio. The sliders were perfect and the strawberry Cheesecake was awesome! Read more
I drove three and a half hours to check this White Castle location out. It did not disappoint. This building is much larger than... the ones in NY, so plenty more seating, which includes a covered outdoor area. There are public restrooms for customers. Thestaff members are friendly and on point. Food is exactly what you would expect from a business that's been around for 100 years.It's fast, inexpensive and fills the belly. I would highly recommend taking a trip to check this place out. I'm already planningmy next visit for a couple of crave cases. Just a heads up, this place can get very busy, so go early or be patient ... it'sworth it. Read more
I'm from St. Louis and this is a welcomed addition to the Orlando, Florida community. I love sliders. The aroma is intoxicating.... The operation is like a well-oiled machine but I do feel that the assembly workers should talk less when the store is busy andget the orders filled. It's 1.5 hours from me but worth the drive. An amazing experience at this White Castle location. This establishment upholds everything I enjoy about White Castle, the... sliders were fresh and tasted great! Everything else was delicious as well and it made for a great meal with family. Thislocation is also very well maintained and all condiments and sodas are kept in stock, I will be back for sure when I'm in thearea! Read more
