Got to this location for a pick up was told to wait the person ahead of my car had already left. No response at the drive thru... so I drove around only for them to say the lobby is closed, it's 9pm. Look RESPECT peoples TIME!!! Now I have to drive l aroundI would have left had the food not already been paid for in advance. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Absolutely worst service ever!! You had to order on a Kiosk which they had 3 of and only 1 worked. Then... waited at least 30 for my ?fast food?. When I finally got my food I was missing a burger and when I said something about it Igot a terrible attitude and then waited 10 more mins for my burger which wasn?t even correct but I didn?t want to wait anymore.I then asked for some new fries since mine were ice cold which I also received an attitude for. Staff is doing their best at a busy time of the year! let?s be kind to the people working late hours and in a chaotic... environment. my food came out hot and fresh both times I have been here. Honestly some of these people with a bad reviewprobably came with an attitude, as people do because they?re entitled and impatient - and food service workers are an easytarget for their rudeness. Terribly slow drive thru. Really ridiculous when there is only 1 car in front of me, been waiting over 10 minutes. Not good at... all. I also asked for Sweet & Sour sauce for my chicken nuggets. They give me a gross and sticky packet of sauce, then it wassitting on top of my fries in the bag. Nasty. It's a really nice new Wendy's on the outside. Apparently operational chaos on theinside.
