They always have a pretty long line, but other than that they seem to do a pretty good job. I've only had one order issue and it... wasn't really their fault. Food was lovely, the girl behind the counter who served us was lovely. What let You down was the cleanliness of the place and... the issues you have in the restaurant. Ripped seats, greasy tables, greasy floors, tables not cleared of food, fries left on thefloor under tables. I would visit again for the food alone, but maybe eating in with its current state is not something I wouldchoose. Read more

Disregarding how long it took to wait in line as I?m assuming like most they are in need of staff. The man who took my payment... even apologized for the wait. I said no big deal. The fries were dead cold. Whatever. Hopefully my classic chicken sandwich isgood. Nope. It?s a double burger with cheese. Is it that hard to distinguish between chicken and a burger? Try to call and thephone is off the hook. I?m guessing I?m not the only one trying to call and complain. There are plenty of other Wendy?slocations. THE WORST ATTENTION EVER!!!!! THE WORST PLACE TO GO!!!! If I could give a -10, I would. The service was horrible. First of all,... the ordering kiosk did not work and I realized that it was not functioning after spending like 15 minutes there with my family'sorder. No one said anything. Secondly, when we went to the register to made the order the people there were looking at us likeif we were not there. Someone there had to told one of the ladies to attend us. She had a really bad customer service. You couldrealize a 100% she did not want to work. After we made the order, had to wait more than 20 minutes for it and then WRONG. I hadto tell them like 4 times because everything was wrong. They were like they did not care what they were doing. They even laughedat us when we were doing the order and when we said it was wrong. I even asked for my salad dressing and she asked "is not inthere" I told her "how is going to be there if the dressing felt on the floor right there" They were on top of the dressing andno one picked up from the floor. I love Wendy's food is always great but the server at this unit was a joke i ordered the food she got it wrong so i told her it... was wrong so she did the order again and again she got it wrong again, 5 times in total she got it wrong even the staff in theback where getting fed up with her as they where waiting to cook it. To top it of she asked my name for the order which i gave"Neil" so she wrote down "Nathan" how ??????? i had to stand in front of her and spell my name so it was correct. Today my coworkers and I decided we would like to have Wendy?s for lunch, we tried to preorder through the mobile app, but it... did not seem to be operating, so I went to this location. When I arrived I knew my order was going to be a little complicatedand long due to ordering meals for 5 people. The manager had the most patience with me and trying to organize my order, sheworked very hard to help me ensure my order was correct and ensure customer satisfaction. There was also a gentleman who saw Ihad a lot of things to carry to my car and offered immediately to help me, and explained to me the customer is first and hewould be happy to make this easier for me.
