We were greeted at 10:03pm by "how did you get in?" (funnily enough, through the door. We didn't tunnel in or climb through a... window). The next sentence was "It's drive thru only". Not the warmest of welcomes. We then drove thru. The same person whowasn't trying hard for employee of the month then marked a first for me, when they loudly tutted, when I had the cheek to askwhat sauces they had for the nuggets. Food was as good as it gets. Customer service was non-existent. I don't think there was alot of job satisfaction to be had at this Wendy's. Read more
They had attitudes and the girl who swiped my card was actually fussing with her supervisor. Food was cold and nasty. The... supervisor was reaching out to give me my drinks and I was reaching out to get them and I didn't get a chance to grab the cupholder and she wasted the drinks on me and didn't care. I'm asking for napkins and they were just looking and closed the window.Never again! Read more

Family and I decided to stop in for a quick bite before heading to Disney. Their drive thru line was short so we decided to dine... in since it didn't look busy. Well we stood in line for a good 20 minutes until someone decided to take our order with anattitude. This man either didn't want to work or something was up. We were polite and just shrugged it off. Once we got ourorder we were missing fries, sauces and drinks which he even fought us for saying we hadn't paid for! It was clearly on ourreceipt which he didn't even want to look at, keep in mind he took our order. Overall horrible customer service, managers sawwe were having issues and not one of them came to ask how they could help or anything. Food was decent but they need to dosomething about the bad employees wendys has in there. Read more

Flew in from San Antonio to attend a business conference and decided to get a grab to eat before heading to the hotel. Nuggets... look as if they have been under a light all day, my tomato?s on the burger was white and the fries are old. I would have justgone to bed hungry if I would have known I was stopping to pick up slop! Read more
The most terrible Wendy?s in Central Florida. Waited over 45 minutes in the line for the drive-through. The inside said it was... open but yet the doors were locked. It is broad daylight and yet the inside is closed. That makes zero sense. The customerservice is horrible. Their phones just ring off the hook and no one answers. Food is made poorly and sloppy and all of thesekids that work there have attitudes. Do yourself a favor and make your own food it?s not worth your time or patience. Read more
By far the most unkept restaurant I?ve ever been to, they locked the doors at 4:15 and asked the customer how they got in their... closed ???? then told him they won?t take his order ????. Alot of customers tried to come in they just ignored them there was nosigns saying they were closed. They messed up my food no big deal the ?manager? sent the worker back over to the counter where Iwas standing to ?take that food? lol u can have it, it wasn?t what I ordered.
