The staff was nice but the fry?s were like warm & The bacon on my baconator jr was almost raw.

I'd give no stars if I could. Waited at midnight for 46 minutes to be served a cold partially incorrect order. It seems the... delay was related to employees power washing and cleaning the restaurant 90 minutes prior to close vs preparing orders. I'mgoing to speak with management on the incorrect order. By the way, when I see a baconator on TV it looks nothing like what Iordered (mayo only). Read more

I?m a Uber eats Delivery driver today I was an utterly shock how rude the woman who is taking the order was I don?t understand... if someone is being nice how you can be mean with an attitude rolling your eyes and ignoring someone asking for condimentsLiterally hear me asking for it and closes the window and as I speak to another associate about her is when she finally hears memeanwhile the whole time she?s been hurting me she even said she gave me everything I needed when I?m sitting here asking forsauces for the customer the other employee really did not say anything but seems is shock is me Wendy?s need to do better andhire better employees that understand work is work if you don?t like it find another job and treat people as you want to betreated I?m just so disappointed because I never once disrespected anyone Read more

Oh. You cut corners on my meal tonight! This sandwich is supposed to be a baconator! Where's the bacon?! Large fry is pathetic.... I asked for ketchup and the sever put 3 packets in the bag. My large drink was wrong! They gave me a regular Dr pepper insteadof the large Diet Coke with light ice I asked for. Very disappointed! Wait in drive through was terribly slow also. Read more

I?ve enjoyed coming to this Wendy?s in particular for the past 3 years. It?s overall a great budget meal for on the go and a lil... treat when you just want to relax. The only issue I have is not with the store, but with the sheer amount of customers they getat certain hours. Especially at night, I always feel bad for the hard working crew in the back when I pass by and see a linewrapped around the building. Read more

Truly awful. I literally only went there for a small frosty. The cashier had informed me that the scanner wasn't operational,... but I had redeemed the reward coupon from the app and once it is redeemed, you lose it permanently. I really wanted the frosty,so I paid for it. Mind you, I was kind through the entire process. Ultimately, these things happen. I stopped at the parking lotto eat the frosty, and behold - it's completely melted. I came back and explained the issue to the cashier. I was told theycouldn't make me a new one because they are now cleaning the machine. But why on earth would they sell me a melted frosty!? It'sinfuriating! I requested a refund and the manager looked extremely annoyed. I mean, how dare I ask for such a thing, right? Mymoney was returned without any kind of apology. I'm just happy I didn't wait until I got home to eat it. This place is whack. Itdefinitely could use a new night shift manager. Read more

This is not a true Wendys but it a cheap knockoff immitation. Not fast food at all. The drive thru takes forever. It is not... even fast food becuse everytime you go there it takes at least 15 minutes. They forget napkins, sauce, mess up the order andmake mistakes every time you go there. Horrible location. Dont go there unless you have time and money to waste and are readyfor the slowest fast food possible with a messed up order. I can save you a trip there by telling you exactly what will happen. 1. The employees do not listen when you tell them what you want. You can repeat yourself as much as possible but they wontlisten and will rush you. 2. Then you will wait a long time. At least 15 minutes even if you are only behind one car in thedrive thru. 3. They will give you a messed up order or tell you they are out of chicken or something. The order is guaranteedto be wrong or have something missing. Guaranteed! If you are smart enough you will hold up the drive thru line and check tofind what is wrong so you dont end up driving back. 4. You go back to get your order fixed and it takes another 10 or moreminutes and then they mess up on something again or get angry and rude because you dared ask for them to fix their mistake. 5. You have cold and tasteless food that does not even taste like Wendys and realize thst they could care less and it was a wasteof time and money. Read more
