Yesterday Saturday may 14, 2022. I have a hard time order by drive thru. I tried to order a zero sugar coke and the employee... never understand. When I moving to the window I see the name of the person. His name is Joseph. I'm very mad with him andexplain that I know I have accent whe I speak but he never understand. It's a Wendy's. There isn't much to say for the menu, it's fast food. I would eat it over Mc. Donald's any day. As for the... restaurant itself it was clean and had touch screen ordering stations. The staff was nice and the seating inside wascomfortable. Overall a good experience. Read more

Not impressed at all!! I was served the bottom of the barrel fry pieces! There was not a single, hot, lengthy frie in the... whole large container. And was super salty which means they couldn't start any fresh fries for us in the drive thru? I paidalmost 14 bucks for this grilled chicken meal with a small Chilli to dip my fries as usual, and I couldn't eat half of iteasily!! Super dry grilled chicken filet! Damn, I eat at this store all the time, so what the hell gives tonite? Who is themanager there besides all the kids I saw in there, who should be checking QC on ALL orders?! I'm not a person who usually eat out nor enjoy eating at any fast food place; But I must admit as a visitor in a new city. My... first visit at this particular Wendy's the whole TEAM not only had me came for a second day but I went for a fifth day. My takeaway after visiting there are : great customer service, team work, urgency, picture -perfect ,face pace , clean. I want torecognize team member STELLA For her test work ethics and sense of urgency to every customer needs. Awesome job ????????????. Currently at this wendys near Walmart. Just worked an entire 12-hour shift but had to stop at Walmart to fix my car. I decided... to walk to wendys just to have some food, I was nervous because I had to walk kind of far and it was just me. I got there at7:10 in the morning. When I walked to the doors all the doors were locked, so I looked at the sign and it said the dining roomwas open at 7 am. So I thought maybe they were running late and waited till 7:41. They were taking orders at the drive-throughbut left the doors locked. So my car was done, went back to Walmart and went to the drive-through because I still was hungry andthe person at the window had apple earpods in her other ear and told me their dining room doesn't open till 9 am. Just someadvice, just let a young girl who just walked by herself, no your not going to open the doors so that way I am not waiting.
