I really like this Wendy's location. They are friendly late at night and my order is always accurate.
Worst experience I've ever had. I tried using the app and added a gift card I had to the digital wallet. The app would not allow... me to place my order so I went to the location hoping someone could be of assistance in getting my food ordered. Instead themanager there barely spoke English, didn't know how to work the app and yelled at me for trying to use my gift card. Shebasically threw the food at me and told me to take it and get out. Very busy location but quick fast friendly service. Food was fresh and hot also.
It was late just worked a 14 hour day had to find food. Lobby was closed we were in a big box truck so had to order at the... window, we waited our turn and the lady at the window was wonderful! She started our order, the manager came to the window andtold us we can not order cuz it was holding up his drive thru times and costing him money!! Who cares about customers anymore?The cars that had to wait a couple minutes would have had to whether we were in a car or walk up the manager was yelling at usthrough the drive thru. I have been in customer service a very long time this is not the way you conduct business, especiallywhen you are only concerned about the bonus you may be losing out on for drive thru times. Be warned: store can get very busy because it's in a prime real estate location. Service was friendly and quick, had the line... moving at a good pace. The restaurant itself was clean in and out with the men's bathroom needing some repairs. Food came outpiping hot and properly put together. I tried the new mozzarella sandwich and was highly satisfied. Will be back when I'm inthe area again. Read more
