Went in to order lunch but wanted to wash my hands first. Restrooms have locks on them. The RUDE manager said you have to buy... something before she will unlock the restroom door. She has a major attitude problem. This should be a Health issue not lettingpeople wash their hands before ordering. Seeing the inside i guess it wouldn't matter. I go to Wendy's a couple times a week.But will never go back to that one. Read more
On 12/03/22 I decided to eat at Wendy?s for dinner. This store is completely horrible when it comes to customer service & fresh... food. After being put on hold and stuck inside the drive through for 25 mins, I was informed I couldn?t place a order becausethey were closed @ 11:00pm. After questioning about the time, the manager quickly became rude and unpleasant. After yelling herpoint across, she slammed the window door and left without returning. I will never return to this Wendy?s ever again. I prayWendy?s corporation train their employees and managers better for the sake of their business. Very rude and disrespectful. An order was placed for four orders of 4 for $4. Usually when we?ve made that request they would... ask what type of sandwich. This time they did not and we we not aware the screen displayed ?JrChzBurger? until we drove off. Wearrived at the window and asked why are they all burgers, if was possible to change two to chicken sandwiches, as twoindividuals did not eat burgers. The cashier at the window suddenly had an attitude and responded with ?That is all that comesin the 4 for 4. If you wanted something else you should?ve asked for the $5 biggie bag.? We were quite unaware that this was thenew thing. So we asked to replace two burgers, she then turned to who I would assume is her manger because she had to inputsomething on the POS for her. As the manager walked towards the POS, she blurted ?Its already cooked!? We understood that theremay have been some changes, but their behavior was very nasty. The cashier then slid the window shut and went on her phone. Whenthe sandwiches did arrive, the bread was cold. The sauces she asked at the window were not in any of the bags given to us. Whenthe cashier gave us the bags, she slammed the window closed, so we sat there to wait for our sauces. She opened the window anddropped incorrect sauces in our hands and slammed the window closed again. How do these people get/stay hired?? They have nomanners whatsoever. Read more
This location is the slowest store I?ve ever been to. I dont mind waiting but i waited 23 mins to get to the speaker and a... minute or so to actually order my food. This is all the time too. I have no choice but to wait because once you are on the linethere is no getting out and on top of that its the only location closest to my house. Read more
Most of the employees here are very rude. The person at the window told me it will be 4 minutes for my fries and nuggets to be... done which I told her was fine. But when the food was ready the man that was giving me my food just shoved it towards me butwhen I said thank you he just rolled his eyes at me. Not something that I was expecting when I just got out of work, all Iordered was a salad with nuggets and fries. Also when I looked in my bag seemed as if they just threw my food in the bag as thecontents spilled inside. Little to no care or compassion from the employees here. Will never be eating here again. Don?t eat here! Just read the reviews for yourself!!! I placed a mobile order for pick up and when I arrived, I let the manager... know I was picking up a mobile order. His response was ?I have a line right now so I?ll get to it when I get to it.? I asked,?so it isn?t ready?? He responded with no. I waited for 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready and I was highly dissatisfied. Mymobile order should?ve been priority as I ordered and paid well in advance! There?s no life, no care, no compassion at thislocation. I tried to submit a complaint on the customer care website and of course it won?t allow me to submit it. They just served me a half done chicken sandwich!!! I don't even know how much raw meat I ate. Thank God I looked at my... sandwich. They won't answer the phone so I can tell them. Nasty attitudes poor customer service ..I came and ordered food the first time I ordered two honey butter biscuits I guess the... person taking orders didn?t hear that because I only got rung up for one ..no problem mistakes happen I didn?t say anything Icame back around to order the one I missed . When I got to the window to pay again the young lady proceeds to tell me you?re notmissing anything you only ordered 1 in a very slick way when I never said I was missing anything . She just jumped toconclusions assuming I was trying to get free food or something mind you she?s also rolling her eyes while taking another orderbecause the people said they would like to wait for chicken to come out ..she was very disrespectful mumbling and cursing sayingthings under her breath bi had cake through the drive through again because of her mistake. Then I asked for a syrup she tellsme that?s gonna be 50 cent again no problem I agreed to pay I guess she didn?t think I would want the syrup after she told methat because she started doing something else when I told her again I want the syrup she paused and caught another attitude Idon?t know her name but today is Dec 10 this was around 9:30 so whoever was in the drive through between that time I know whereto not come when I want Wendy?s Read more
