Ordered online a chicken sandwich fries and a frosty went there she told me there was no, 4 for 4 or biggie bag that?s fine... cause I ordered something else when she told me to hold on she asked me again saying the same thing when I just told her I?mhere to pick up I don?t know where she was smoking ? then. She said they didn?t have it asked her what she had. She saideverything else I asked for a hamburger. Every time I go to this Wendy's their is an issue. I placed a mobile pick up order for 2 people on 11/27/22 at 7:49 p.m. I got... to the window and the lady at the register said I had to circle the drive thru again. I didn't understand why but I didn't sayanything I just did as she asked. I then got to the speaker and let her know I was there for 2 pickup orders and she disregardedthe other and told me to pull forward. In my order I had a choc milk but she handed me a Juice and tried to have me take itwithout asking me anything stating "Here take this juice, were out of choc milk" were her exact words. I asked if she could swapit for a frosty because it gives you the option on the app with no upcharge. She said "No you can have the juice" At this pointI realized she just wanted to give me a hard time because she was probably having a bad day. I was upset with her really badattitude and left my 2 mobile orders totaling $16 because this lady was that much of a hassle. Over swapping something theywere out of for a frosty. This lady is very demanding in getting her way or no way and should absolutely never be put in adrive thru or any customer service position ever. I say that politely and meaningfully. I will never come back to this Wendy'sand that sad because my mother was a manager there for 6 years and I miss going there. I never leave a review but I felt thiswas necessary in hopes that someone at this location will read this review and adjust the lady's position so future customersdon't have the same issue. I don't wish this lady loses her job because I understand people have bills to pay but I wouldrecommend anything other than the register or counter. Would give a 0 if I could not for the restaurant but for the lady. Read more

Every place that I go to eat or get gas at for coffee has a homeless person sleeping and stinking up their lobby or harassing... you for money so they can buy alcohol. I have posted a picture of yet another homeless man sleeping inside their restaurant,sleeping yes eyes were closed and snoring loudly. I got a 5 for 5 meal and every thing I wanted to drink out of the fountainmachine was either out or it tasted like straight trash water with color. The fries or lukewarm to cold nowhere near hot limpsoggy and chewy. I thought Wendy's supposed to come out with some fancy new french fries? Apparently not, french fries weredisgusting. The four chicken nuggets tasted spoiled and we're not hot either nor warm. The bacon was so crunchy I thought I waschewing on rocks, the top of the bun was also crunchy which should be soft. If you are that hungry just go somewhere else unlessyou like eating trash and drinking dirty looking soda water. As I am writing this for you I can feel the nauseousness inside mystomach and gets me thinking that was the worth $5 plus tax I ever spend in my life. Read more

I regrettably ordered the family nugget platter with 50 nuggets, or so I thought. When I arrived at my house I opened the... unappealing black container with a rigid see-through lid. Even at first glance I could tell something was wrong. The spicy aromaof the little chicken nuggets, or as I call them: friends, blinded me from the unforgettable truth that was before me: thepackage was not complete. I began counting frantically and it dawned upon me; two of my little friends were missing. I don?tknow where they went or where they are but I hope they?re okay. I hope my friends are not in the hands of the employees thatmade the mistake in the first place; Or even worse, in their mouths. With this, I bask in the tears that came from the absenceof my two friends. With this, I shout in anger as I throw my friends at the wall infront of me. With this, I place a curse onthis wendys, on its employees, and on the franchise and its entirety. Curse you wendys. Curse??..you ???.sigh :( Read more

The quality of service here has declined dramatically. I was charged the wrong amount for my order, was not given the price at... the drive-thru window, and was not given a receipt. They seemed too disinterested and distracted to provide quality service. Read more

Whoever is on the window 9/14 @ 12:30am needs a customer service class. She greeted me by saying "go ahead" then put me on hold.... As I got yo the window she only stated my total, handed me the drink, my card and the bag...didnt ask if I needed anything elseor even say thank you. On top of that..my food was cold and the restaurant was out of ice. I have encountered this individualbefore but assumed she was having a bad day. I am convinced that she just has a bad attitude. Fast and friendly service, great burgers, and I love that they have some great side options other than just fries (such as the... sour-cream-and-chives baked potato or the chili - or both together!). This location does a really good job of consistency ingetting my order right when I go through the drive-through. Read more

If I could give the place a zero I would. All I order was a bourbon burger with a loaded potato instead of fries, a strawberry... FROSTY and a second potato for my bf. Well?. The burger was just a single plain burger and we never got the second potato. Whenmy bf asked for the shake the employee taking our order was very quick and rude to correct me that is was a frosty not a milkshake. When we let them know we were missing a potato they again we very quick and nasty by yelling ?YOU DIDNT PAY FOR APOTATO?. So we said that was fine keep it. Than when we realized we had the wrong burger we were again told ?you didn?t orderthat?. I have never been to a place that is so rude, nasty and slow. If the employees were more worried about getting theCORRECT food out that I know I ordered instead of correcting the customer every chance they have and being completely nasty. iwouldn?t have to right this review. I wouldn?t recommend this place to the homeless man down the street. Get betteremployees!!!! Read more
