Wendy?s on goldenrod in Walmart plaza is literally the worst Wendy?s ever they call themselves fast food, but literally every... time I go there at 8 o?clock after work there will be two cars and I?ll be sitting in line for 45 minutes for two cars. Wanted to go inside to order instead of waiting in an idling car. The workers let a couple in and then shut the doors on us. Two... young people told us there was a fight here two years ago and they close the doors now to students and apparently adults whojust flew in and just want a cheese burger. Hire security and stop being rude! Read more
Pulled up to the drive-thru at around 1am and stood there for about 10 mins. There?s a huge sign saying they?re open until 2am.... I then proceed to the window after saying hello hello multiple times to the speaker and getting no response. As I pulled up tothe window, the employees there saw me and simply kept walking. No one ever came to the window to take my order or to at leastsay they were closed etc. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Read more
Horrible Wendy?s. You?re guaranteed to wait over 10 mins in the drive thru no matter if there aren?t many cars in line.... Extremely slow!!! Food is rarely hot. Spare yourself and DO NOT visit this location on your lunch break. It?ll take forever andyour food will be luke warm at best. Read more
Had to wait for 30 mins to get food. They were on their phones almost the whole time. I ordered Bourbon Bacon, Asiago Chicken... Sandwich, and a Pretzel Bacon Pub for my family. My burger had no crispy onions and tasted bland. To add to that, I got foodpoisoning the next day. GET IT TOGETHER!!! Read more
I ordered the new hot honey chicken sandwich and they didn't even deliver what I asked for. It turned out to be a simple grilled... chicken sandwich and was missing everything that was supposed to be on the sandwich. If you want soft drinks, you better makesure you get ice for your soft drinks, cause they are hot when you fill up your cup. This is by far the worst Wendy's I've been to and I will never return to this location. I would give zero stars if I could! The... staff were not wearing hair nets, the teenage kids had pants sagging low enough that their underwear were showing. The sense ofurgency from the teenager taking my order was non-existent. No eye contact, could barely hear him, and his overall attitudesucked, it sucked so bad I didn't even want to be there anymore. Stay away from this Wendy's location! Read more
