Through the app, I pre-paid for a $22 order for pick up. I get there at 8:20pm and all the doors are locked! I?m calling the... store, no answer, so I sit in my vehicle in front of the window (they can clearly see me), thinking maybe they?re bringing methe food, didn?t happen! So 30mins later, I drive around to the drive thru window (the drive thru was wrapped around thecorner) and told the cashier that I placed and paid for an order on line and asked why the doors were locked. The rudest andmost unprofessional ?supervisor? pushes the cashier out of the way, yells out the window ?BECAUSE WERE SHORT STAFFED AND YOUNEED TO WAIT IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR YOUR ORDER!? Now since I don?t work at Wendy?s, there were no signs saying the lobby closeddue to or please use drive thru, nothing!! So I said I?ve already waited 35-40 mins now, and I?m not waiting in a 10 car line. Just please give me a refund. The ?supervisor? yells out the window again ?IM NOT GIVING YOU ANYTHING! WE HAVENT CHECKED INTHAT ORDER SO GET YOUR REFUND FROM THE APP!?! The most horrific, embarrassing, unnecessary displays of unprofessionalism I?veever experienced! #WENDYS PLEASE BE MORE SELECTIVE WITH WHO YOU HIRE TO REPRESENT YOUR STORE! I now understand why the storeis short staffed! WHO would ever want to work with such a horrible person! AND I NEVER GOT FOOD NOR A REFUND! Read more

Fresh and good food, not too crowded plus fast service.
I ordered a double stack with cheese & a fry. The cheeseburger was horrible! Stale bun, greezy & sloppy. Wendy's has been... advertising its fries as being "Always fresh" - Wrong! The fries tasted old & stale plus they were only "warm". And I DIDspecify I wanted "Fresh fries". I got a cheeseburger & fries that if I wasn't about to pass out from hunger, I would've thrownboth away! Just terrible! Read more

This is honestly the worst Wendys I have had the displeasure of dealing with my my 29 years of life. Currently writing this... review from the comfort of my car and I have plenty of time considering the size of the line. Multiple times this wendys hasprocessed my online order before I arrived forcing them to remake the entire order. They have processed orders and told me theydo not have the order forcing me to contact my bank to get charges reversed. Constant missing items, they never ever answertheir phone line and don?t bother calling Wendys corporate because they don?t respond either. They close their dining room hoursbefore the listed time online and on the door causing a back up of 15+ cars in the drive thru. This location has been like thisfor years, no improvement. Wendy?s corp should consider revoking this franchise from this owner because they clearly do notcare. Don?t pay attention to their google rating because it?s clearly purchased, their Yelp rating is 1.5. Y?all lucky I?maddicted to Wendy?s. Hispanic guy at the window is the only person who works with a sense of urgency in this location, everyoneelse is just there to collect a pay check. Oh look at that, I wrote an essay and I?m only 5 cars away from the order speaker.What a waste of time. Read more
