I walked into this location with my 1 yr old daughter at 10:23am for breakfast walked straight to the kiosk for credit cards... only placed my oder but kiosk credit card machine did not work so I walked over to the counter for service. Two managers werestanding there (later identified as Jessica and Eddie) neither one greeted me but both looked over and saw me standing at thecounter. Jessica was doing absolutely nothing to do with service just walking around then disappeared into a back office andcame back out eating out of a bowl. Eddie was servicing drive-thru. After 4-5 minutes of standing there a older woman comes fromsomewhere random washes her hands then asks what I would like? Of course I say my breakfast order at this time, it's 10:29 or10:30 she says I'm sorry but breakfast has ended... Ummm no ma'am you're new to this atleast 7-8 minutes scene but I've beenhere and both those managers saw me here and hasn't asked me anything! No I need a breakfast croissant can you get the lady backthere eating? Here come Jessica... how can I help? Umm you saw me standing here for a while I need a breakfast croissant!Jessica say sorry we ended breakfast we don't have anything for breakfast. I say so you saying it's nothing in here you can makemy breakfast croissant with? She said no nothing and walks away. I pull out my phone to record names ask for names of eachmanager Jessica and Eddie is what "Jessica" says then she starts getting bold saying negative remarks so I turn and leave andshe yells "cheese"! I see why people post managers getting into fights at places like this because if that's SERVICE I'll neverbe back! Read more

The last three times I have had breakfast at this location, there wasn?t any bacon on my sandwich and very little honey butter.... So I had chicken on a dry croissant. The prices are too high to make mistakes like that! Do better! I couldn?t call and speakto a manager because the call wouldn?t go through even though I tried for an hour. Read more

The food is consistant for fast food. However the young lady taking the order had no personality. No smile no greet. She seemed... the guests are a bother to her. She is young, but still one needs to be smiling and approachable when in customer service. Read more

This location has seemed to become less and less customer centered. They are fairly quick for the drive through but barely... acknowledge you. They just kind of put their hand out for your payment and then above your bag out the window without saying aword. Read more

I have been to other Wendy?s and stopped going to Wendy?s completely about a year ago after having the worst service ever. This... Wendy?s was on point! The host on the receipt is under Angennie. I?m not sure if that?s the manager or the drive thru attendantbut regardless they were both so nice to me. My food was hot! My fries were hot! And my special request was not forgotten. Thankyou Wendy?s team for making this a great meal. I will definitely be back to this location. Read more

Price rang up higher than on drive-thru menu board. When I said I wanted the meal for the price on the board they just laughed... and said they couldn't change it nor their manager. I went ahead with the order and when I got home it was the wrong sandwich.I had to wait to get to the window because someone else had walked up to the drive through window to complain about their order. That should have clued me in. Read more

I won't be going back. Chicken sandwich not what they used to be, see photo. New guy at the counter tried taking my order but... couldn't get it right had to have on duty manager correct mistake but he removed the correct part of the order instead as hewalked by looking at his phone. New guy was confused what just happened. Tried to get mangers (?) attention as he left but hewas busy playing on his phone like most of the other staff in the back. Took 3 times longer than it should have. Drive throughorders getting screwed up also, had two others come in with wrong orders while I was waiting. At one point no one was manningthe kitchen, they all disappeared, what a mess. Counter guy had to yell for someone to take care of drive thru as cars werehonking horns. Needs some adult supervision most were teens or early twenties. Worst Wendy's around don't waste your time and ifyou do check your order before you leave it's probably missing something. This was at 5:30 pm. Had to re-post as my first reviewdisappeared except for one star rating no comments. Read more

Was a nice visit. Person who took our order was nice. Would not say friendly but at least not a zombie like most fast food... places. Our food was made fast and no mistakes(it was very slow thou no many customers). Quality of food is what you wouldexpect from fast food burger place. Dining room was clean and pleasant to the eye. 3 stars is the best i give for fastfood sothis ranks high for this visit. Read more
