I do not understand how you can only serve one customer at a time. It's not just this Wendy's, it's all of them. You wait in a... long line, to finally get to the window they take your order, drive up pay they had you your food back and card. Then they takethe next order behind you. No wonder it takes so long to get through the drive through. One at a time! Read more
Avoid this location at all costs employees at night will spit on your food and disrespect other employees in front of customers.... Just saw a girl employee being bullied by a kid with dreads on his hair who seemed high and picking his greasy dirty hair lockswhile managing food. (So disgusting). Belittled the poor girl employee bc she forgot to make a crispy chicken. I feel bad forthe manager bc you can tell it's understaffed but holding no account or responsibility for their actions and allowing this tohappen at this store. First of all the drive though has a long line. It doesn?t seem like the cars were moving. I decided to wait. I ordered the... chicken nugget meal and asked for another order of fries, root beer -none, they only have water, HI C, and ice tea and I wanteda strawberry frosty. This is what I got; a few very cold French fries like they were thawed out, no 2nd order of fries anddefinitely no strawberry frosty. The second guy at the window was about to give me someone else ?s drink. I told him that Iordered a strawberry frosty and he looked at the screen and said there isn?t one. Didn?t offer that he can ring me up one.Service has gone down and there seems to be a high employee turnover. You will be waiting about 5-10 minutes to get your food atthe window. Read more
It's 12am Monday and everyone waited in the drive thru just to hear that they were closed and to "keep driving" by the person... taking orders... ?? Went back around and waited and saw they was taking orders but telling ppl what to order. This is what Igot. Rock hard, burnt, and cold? sandwich and that's the same as those careless fries. The manager nancy needs to be demoted and taught her job again ! Shes very rude and doesnt know how to speak to people + lacks... common sense !
