Ladies ripped my sister off. She was missing a whole meal for her kids!! When she went back in the lady said no we didn't and... the one that helped us left for the day so they couldn't even check with the right staff. We had to go to another place tofeed my niece!!! Do not go to this Wendy's unless you want to get sick! The food they serve at this location always tastes different and not in a... good way! They take forever for the simplest orders, their lights in the parking lot are always out so it's super sketchy. I donot know why this place is so bad due to the fact that it's across the street from Universal and next to all of the hotels. Justbypass this all together. I have given this place three chances to do better but each time it just gets worse. I will never eatat this location again. Read more
A negative mess from start to finish, but I will say the burger was very tasty. Team member at counter seemed unhappy I wanted... assistance at the register rather than using the kiosk, but I had a coupon received by mail. The next person who actually did myorder at the register entered everything correctly regarding "No tomato". While awaiting my good I tried to dispense mybeverage. Ice was not available, and multiple customization flavors not available. When I received my food, I requested my glassfilled with ice. This was met with more frustration by the team member so I said I would do without. They then began to discussmy request and all stared at me. My fries were not very good but that was OK. My burger was fresh, juicy, and truly enjoyed onceI removed the tomato that was added in error. The dining room was not clean, but I did find a table I could use. This locationis very near a Burger King and McDonald's that both receive very negative online ratings. Seems this one joins to make it a fulltrio. I do not intend to return, and can not recommend to others. Being close to hotels and tourist presence is what keeps thisplace open. They don't have to worry about guest service to build loyalty for locals. Read more
The self-ordering station was broken. I was with a large party of 9 customers and they missed one of our orders. I went to the... counter to ask for ketchup (their ketchup dispensers weren't working) and 2 employees walked by a looked at me without evenasking me if they could help. I ended up finding the ketchup myself sitting on the counter. I was disappointed by their service.The food was what I expected from Wendy's hence the 2 stars (instead of 1). Read more
Even though the fries were very hot and crispy, a lot were very brown. The frostys were awesome. The bathroom was disgusting and... the self service screens were not working. They had paper signs that had 'out of order' written on them. Read more
6/10/22 b/w 1:50-2:15pm Burger was great, but fries were from bad potatoes. Staff is rude for some reason when I was being nice... and respectful. Cashier kept pouting, rolling her eyes, and had her arms crossed right when I pulled up to the window. Advice toher: if you?re going to work, don?t act like a 12 year old if you want to be taken seriously and not be a reason to bring down afranchise. Instead of pouting and whispering about your attitude to your fellow co-worker and making her laugh, why don?t youpay attention and NOT inconvenience a paying customer by forgetting a simple straw. Can't really rate the atmosphere because only the drive thru was open at 9am. The food was normal Wendy's food.
