After a 10 minute wait at the drive thru, I didn't even get the correct order. So much for craving a Dave's Double burger. The... service at this location has seriously deteriorated. Cross this location on my list. Read more
I went to place my order no more then 30 seconds of deciding what I wanted and was interrupted by a belligerent man that sped ... up behind my vehicle he was highly upset that someone was infront of him and I couldn't complete my order because he wasthreatening me so decided to ignore him and complete at window the women working refused to finish letting me take my orderbecause the man behind us was acting crazy but happily took his order instead .I definitely feel like this was based on mycolor and she sided with the aggressor both being of same color vs me who was simple minding my business and just wanted somefood before heading home . I honestly will be avoiding this location from now on over the experience sad someone can act withhostility and be served without an issue but me being calm warranted not getting my food . Please be careful at night going toorder I wouldn't want this experience on others especially if you have small children with you or are women . Read more
Taking 4 stars away from my initial review of this store. The last 2 times my girlfriend and I have tried to order inside the... dining room has been inexplicably closed in the middle of the day(around 4pm). We left and walked over to the other burger placein the area. We were frustrated and could have driven through drive thru. We did not because we were let down. They posted zerosigns alerting anyone they were short staffed, they just locked the doors and dimmed the interior lights. I did not think thecrew were allowed to do this, however apparently they are allowed to. I can't tell y'all how the food was or the service wasrecently as we haven't experienced either. If you want Wendy's do yourselves a favor and go to the store at the intersection ofVineland Road and Major BLVD. It is only about a 5-10 minute drive away and I have only been informed the dining room was closedonce while the inside was being deep cleaned. Read more
Of the 5 listed items, I received 2. Should the order have been checked, for quality control by the person doing me a favor and... picking it up, sure, but really 2 of 5?! I got the salad, no dressing, no almonds, no fries, and the frosty ? which they firsttold my friend they only had strawberry and couldn?t do chocolate. Read more

Incompetent to say the least. Stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for 10 minutes. The self serve computers... were out of service. Halfway through my wait I downloaded the mobile app and placed a mobile order. Stood there and waitedanother 10 minutes, only to have half my order not in my bag that they stapled up and eventually gave to me after it sat behindthe counter for a while. What a joke.
