I know wawa is about providing excellent customer service , bt if they want to keep like that , they employee Yalona doesn?t... doesn?t have that visit . She is very ignorant and attitude is horrible . Who tells a customer she clocking out and she wantsto fight because she is wrong ! Worst Wawa in America! This store never has any inventory. If you see an ad for something that Wawa is featuring or that just... looks good especially if you've never entered a Wawa store. You will be sadly disappointed by it! They never have any inventory.I stay near the store as it is close to my home. You would think convenience. Wrong! The cappuccino machine is always notworking. When it does work they only have a few items available. I am not just writing this review because of one experience.I'm writing this review based on numerous experiences. Like I said I stay near the store and I go in there because ofconvenience. Most of the time that I visit I am sadly disappointed by the things that I may want or would like to try. However Iwill see half of the staff or maybe three quarters of the staff are friendly. But when it comes to what this store offers as faras being a Wawa store and what is expected it is not great. The staff was very friendly and that?s about the only thing this location had going for it. Very dirty store!! From the moment... you walk in the doors are dirty and looked to not have been cleaned in a while. Then I use the restroom and there was toiletpaper all over even a roll in the toilet. The main area of the store was very unkept up like floors were dirty and front andface hadn?t been done in a while. The parking lot was very bad. Trash was over flowing and there was trash all over the ground.Sorry to say but I will not be back due to the uncleanliness of this location. Hopefully management will work to improve theseproblems. After sitting curbside for 30 minutes for a smoothie had decided to go inside. I first went to the food counter where I was... redirected to the cash register. I stopped a guy and told him what happen. He rudely said are you going to give me a hard timeor are you going to let me go get your drink. Because I told him it had been 30 minutes they might as well remake the drink.Another guy came out of the food area to refund the drink and then the first guy said we?re going to give you a refund and letyou keep the drink like they were going to do me some sort of favor. Which really doesn?t matter anyway because a smoothie thatis sitting out that long really lost its flavor. So he gave me a refund for the wrong amount. When I told him what the correctamount was that I paid he closely inspected the drink do you see what was inside of it. I walked back outside to get in my carand look and see the first guy who I?m guessing runs food just look over at me and shake his head. Read more
I always judge a place's quality of food by the cleanliness of its restrooms. This one had ONE clean toilet, though the used... tampon receptacle was nearly full. Gross. And the handicapped toilet was not only filthy but there was no working lock - itlooked like someone had CUT or sawed it off! (See pic: I posted the broken one and a 'workin'g' one so you can see thedifference.) This is the 2nd time I've been here. The first time, I was disappointed then, too. I would not eat at thisparticular Wawa. I would tell all this to corporate through the app but their latest update is not recognizing my password andI'm too frustrated to want to do more. Read more
