I was at the Wawa, located at 5820 Edgewater Dr at 2 AM on 11/1/22, and I had ordered a quesadilla at the counter. The lady made... the quesadilla in front of me, placed it out of reach, and then just walked away to start making someone else's sandwich. Istood there--in plain view--with chips and other food in my hand (right in front of her) for almost 5 minutes and asked her ifmy order was ready. She then looked over at me and said, "Did you pay for it?" I was like, you should have at least told me thatI have to walk all the way to the other side of the Wawa to pay and then walk all the way back to pick up my order. Apparently,people have been running out the front door after getting food. They need to solve that problem by having a register at thecounter where the food is made so that people can pay there and not have to walk all the way to the other side of the buildingand then walk all the way back to get their food. There was another customer behind me and my food was already prepared. Havinga register at the food counter would prevent people from just walking out the door and not paying for their food. After Icomplained and became assertive, she started giggling, offered no apology, and told me to have a nice day. ?I spoke with themanager and he was just as clueless as she was stupid. She could have easily asked for my ticket number and then let me knowthat the food was prepared and to please proceed to the register up front. However, she just walked away, put my order out ofreach, saw me standing at the front and up close to the window after she had prepared my order, prepared another customer'ssandwich, and got nasty when I became assertive as a paying customer. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by making mestand there for almost five minutes with no idea of how their process works when I am the paying customer. I've ordered the same thing each visit. I kept going back because they it was consistently good. Now, t's only getting worse. ... They don't measure and give the same proportions each time. I can't even eat the sliced tomatoes from today's breakfast. Read more
I love there coffee, soup, sandwiches and Mac n cheese. Service was a little slow that day, I think it's way overpriced and... should sell lotto at the counter and If they had better slushies and smoothies I would go there more often but it's still my goto for food fast or ? Read more
Love this place! I ordered the Tuna Shorti sandwich for the Hoagie and Shorti deal of the month. If you have not gone in, do so!... My sandwich was so scrumptious I remembered taking a photo after eating half already haha. The wait was a little longer sincethey failed to call my number but that is my only complaint about this place. Next time in the mood for a good sub and betterprice. Go to Wawa! Read more
They advertise for beverages and yet only offer a warm cookie after 9pm. What happened to the good ole days where we can stop in... a 24/7 station and get what?s on the menu. No food options either. Everything stops at 9pm. Wawa more like nah nah Read more
Sun.4/24/22 ?I?m in love with hazelnut flavor coffee. I stop in to the Wawa 5820 Edgewater Dr. Orlando,Fl.32810 around 8:10pm... for a cup. I usually come in between 12 am-3am for coffee every day. I ask the girl behind the counter for hazelnut, she repliedshe have to get the manager. A lady from the sandwich counter comes over and say during the summer hours, they put out hazelnutONLY in the mornings. I told her normally I?m told something similar to that, but at the same time the Manager or worker willmake a fresh pot without hesitation or a problem. I think that?s false advertising on the different flavors they had if theydon?t serve it, whenever the customer wants it. The regular or roasted coffee leaves a burnt taste in my mouth and that?s why Ilike a lil Flavor in my coffee. Oh yeah and by the way that manager name is ERICA(Caucasian lady) Read more
When ordering a beef and cheese quesadilla , my significant other checked the food before he left and nothing was done about his... concern. All the while he watched her make it CARELESSLY . He confronts the lady who prepared our food and she instantly got anattitude and was very rude. I'm writing this review because he did not address the situation to the manager. I'm currentlypregnant and was very hungry so I did eat the food , but one out of the 4 slices had nothing in it. We get better serviced foodduring daytime hours . Read more
