People and service are always on point except for one employee who i won't put on blast with this post. ALWAYS a struggle with... having hot coffee. Biggest prob is Lisa the GM is not visible for a very busy location. Read more

The assists manager at the gathering was real pleasure to work with . Yesterday I walk in to order some breakfast for the next... Morning and He was super patience with me that I didn?t know what to Oder and I told them I was going to pick up next day at7:00 A.m and right at 7:00 A.M they would calling that my order Is ready to pickup super fresh and more than what o expected. The level of customer service that Wawa once had is slowly dying away. This specific location is near my sons school so I go... here nearly everyday. Let me start by saying the ladies and young man who make my drinks are always so sweet and never mind myspecial request of caramel. Yet the sandwich making side always seem to have a attitude. They seem to make jokes about me havingspecial requests everyday I always put the tomatoes on the side because my son eats them, I done. Today one young lady forgot mysour cream and salsa on the side which wouldn?t have been an issue if I didn?t hear the other young lady tell her to put it onthe side. Their was a slick remark made and then following me asking for my sour cream and salsa the young lady proceeded totell me that they were 8 pages behind to excuse the misunderstanding. I didn?t say much but I think the way she was speaking tome was very rude honestly. I?m very understanding and never in a rush when I come in. It?s not the customers fault that you guysare behind. First of... the staff is incredibly friendly... but they really need to work on their sandwich making skills... I ordered a BLT... and received it without the B... How. There were two items missing from my order ( it's been resolved) so by the time I openedmy sandwich and noticed there was literally no bacon at all... I was over it. But a word from the wise... do not order fromWAWA... go there in person. I messaged wawa on there Instagram about this and posted on my stories... let's see what happens. Read more

Food and coffee taste better than other Wawa locations, but they're starting to do things like: -Deprioritize their prepared... food in the evenings -- it takes 2-3x as long as it used to. -Completely close half their coffee options earlier and earlier,where it used to be possible to at least get it brewed on request. For a place whose whole thing is being 24h and still decent,they're really screwing with anyone who works outside the 9-5. Read more
