It was our first time eating at a Waffle House so we seized the opportunity since our hotel was a ten minute walk away from this... location. The grill aromas from the kitchen fill the space and hit you as soon as you walk in. It was a clean, the staff wasfriendly and inviting, and the food was filling. Had delightful service from Linda who was friendly, attentive and cheerful. She was helpful in giving us local bus and trolley... information to explore the area. I also really liked the jalapeño hash browns and of course, the waffle. The location is within25 minutes of walking distance to Universal Studios which was doable. Read more
I'm not sure why this location doesn't have more stars. Come let's face it, Waffle House doesn't always have a good reputation. ... However, this location is clean, the staff is always friendly , and most of all My food is always fresh and delicious. Nocomplaints here. Read more

We recently moved into the metrowest area and had an amazing late night meal after a long day and of hauling furniture about 2... weeks ago. Tonight was the exact opposite! We walked in to an empty dining room, chairs in front of the register, and a takeoutonly scenario. I would have tipped 100% for the experience I had before ??????????? Why bother being open? Our family had never been to a Waffle House before, so we were excited to try it out! Walking into the building at this... location, we were shocked about how small it was-it didn?t help that half of the seating was taped off and unused. There wasonly 1 available seating booth, so our family got lucky that we didn?t have to wait to eat (we went around opening time). Thewaitress that we were assigned was really pleasant and respectful. She handed us the menus and got us our initial drinks. Yeah,personally, I was disappointed that the Waffle House wasn?t a mountain of waffles that had crazy and wacky toppings (or at leasta waffle bar), but that?s just me and my imagination! The food was good! It kind of reminded our family of Perkins or Dennysbased on the type of food and the style of the restaurant. I ordered the sandwich with bacon, cheese, and eggs, all between twoslices of lightly toasted bread. It was really good! The hashbrowns that I was served were a little grainy and soggy. I?m notsure how to describe it, and it could just be how Waffle House does their hash browns, but I wasn?t too fond of them. I wouldsay, it?s par for breakfast. I would definitely order the sandwich again! And I would visit another Waffle House with my family.But, would I come back to this location? Probably not, because it?s cramped and there?s not really any seating options or space.And we were right next to where the food was being cooked, so everything just kind of felt unclean. Not only that, somethingbroke and water started spraying near the bar area. It was a mess. The floors were a bit dirty, and most of the surfaces hadsome type of mark or grime on them. Let me just say, I have NEVER been to a Waffle House! So I?m a first timer at 54 yo & it was fantastic!!! We stopped on... Saturday 11/12. It was busy! We sat at the ?counter? they have an open kitchen so we watched everything being made. Hubby hadbacon egg cheese hash brown bowl & I had the Texas bacon egg cheese sandwich. Both were delicious!
