I am speechless on how bad this location is currently it is impossible to eat here if there?s system is not down is only dine in... even the employees are seating doing nothing but they won?t do a take out today I tried for a third time in less than a week andthe person that cooks was on break which is understandable even tho is unacceptable that there?s no one to cook while thisperson is on break it was going to be 30 minutes to be able to seat and placed my order which obviously I didn?t wait I went toanother restaurant that they were willing to attend me ,this just to be my favorite place to go but I will not try again I haveno time to be rejected from a business when I am just trying to contribute to there?s economy and been provided a decentservice. Going to have to say we have been going to the east 50 location after hours and early mornings before school and have always had... a great experience. Recently one specific waitress has recently been very dismissive to us. Never have we been greeted ortreated like this undividual has done to us multiple times. Everyone else is awesome and the store has always presented cleanand friendly. It is really thui one racist waitress that has presented a problem. Workers are super rude. Literally walked in and the lady at the front desk yelled across the whole restaurant ?WE AREN?T TAKING... ANYMORE ORDERS? and made the entire restaurant look at us- and it wasn?t even that busy. Just super weird and unprofessionalbehavior. Read more
Was on the road, my eyes were getting drowsy so i stopped here and got me a chicken sandwitch. The waiter took my oreder and the... cook had it sizzling in less than 5 minutes. Read more
Worst service ever. When I walked in no one greeted me instead a young male employee was telling a group of his friends he... didn?t have bullets in his gun. When we sat down a lady with face piercing said hello then proceeded to ask other employees whowas going to help us because she was only doing tables 1-6. No one wanted to help us, finally one employee said I guess I willhelp them but never came to help. This is by far the worst service I have ever received in a Waffle House. Ok so as with any other Waffle House spot it?s not the tidyiest place? but be honest with yourself how many food spots do you... visit where you get to see the kitchen and what?s happening. There were gnats flying everywhere, behind the counter is completely disgusting. We moved seats so we didn?t have to look at the... old food and grime on the floor behind the counter. Nasty. You guys are in a restaurant serving food and there?s bugs flyingabout, dirt, debris, old food etc behind the counter. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
