The women that worked there were completely miserable and very rude. I was happy to go in. I haven't been in forever. I saw it... was slow so I looked forward to making someone's night with a large tip. Not one smile And I seemed more of an inconvenience andannoyance than a customer. Everything I said I which wasn't much was not received well. I remained polite and still tipped (Notthe tip I planned in)but it was such a cold and awkward experience. My waffle was good. They are sooo busy?and they?re making it fun. The manager Israel (I?m sure I spelled it wrong) is amazing. Employees looked... happy and were so attentive. Lots of kids in there having a great time. Although my opinion will not do much because it is a franchise that sells itself, this time I had the bad luck to be served by a... lady who really is a disgusting human being. I asked for the burger WITHOUT cheese and her answer was that it would not bepossible because it came with cheese. We usually come very often to this place, their costumer service is great and friendly. Their prices in comparison to another... similar restaurants are fair enough. The place is not to big but people makes you feel confortable. Food is fresh and delicious. Read more
