I was pretty excited to try this new location but I have to say it was pretty disappointing. The buffet style layout was great,... everything looked fresh and organized. However, the service was out the door trash. The server would always walk by and look atour table but never clear any plates, refill the soup or the drinks. I had a plate full of Shrimp shells on the edge of thetable for her to come clear but she looked at it for a second and then just left. I understand if it was a busy weekend but itwas a Monday and she only had like 3 tables so I don?t understand why I can?t find her half the time. Love the establishment butthe lack of attention to detail is what ruins it for me. Read more
Omg this place. For me is the best hot pot bbq place in orlando. Super friendly staff.Manager jim(idk if i say his name right)... is the best. Excellent Korean hotpot BBQ with a great selection of items. When I visited it cost $35 for all you can eat hotpot and BBQ... (hotpot alone is slightly cheaper). It's the only hotpot buffet I've been to where they have ribeye steak on offer. The softdrinks include free refills. The venue itself is very clean (and looks very new) - has parking and also seems quite big inside. Service is fantastic and they have a lot of attentive staff. This was a great place to visit. The choices of soup items, meats, seafood and dessert were great, the staff are friendly, we... choose the all you can eat options for soup and BBQ and everything was delicious and seasoned well. It really is a niceatmosphere for all to come and visit. Read more
Highly recommend! Went last night and the three of us totally enjoyed ourselves. Couldn't believe they had opened only 6 days... ago in Orlando! We tried the Hot Pot this visit. The Tom Yum soup base was delicious as well as the huge selection of fresh foodto choose !! Our server Justin was friendly and came around with more soup base and drink refills without being asked! Lastlythe manager checked that we were happy with our dining experience. Been to many hot pot places, even in Hawaii, and Volcano HotPot & BBQ is one of the best! Highly recommend!!
