Wish I could give zero stars. Employees are like zombies and don?t talk make eye contact smile or anything. They make you feel... unwelcome and very uncomfortable. Also the food is terrible. Worst quality pizza my pizza has foil under the cheese! And it waslike 15$ for one slice Read more

Terrible pizza, terrible pasta, staff isn?t very nice and super expensive for what it is. Pizza was half baked, grease soaked... with terrible tasting watery sauce. Pasta and sauce is charged by weight and again sauce is terrible. Bought 4 slices of cheesepizza and a ?serving? of pasta with sauce and 1 fountain drink came out to over $50!!!! At the next stop we threw away the wholething and had to buy dinner again because not even my 3 year old (who literally eats almost everything) would not eat it. Read more

Everyone complains about the over priced food but I?m willing to pay it. What I hate when coming to this one and another in the... turnpike in particular is how thee employees are not willing to make something when they run out of it. I understand not makingmore when you?re about to close and it?s not busy hours. But when you are 4-5 hours from closing and won?t make any of the foodyou advertise when you run out is a little crazy to me. Anytime I?m on the turnpike I stop at Villa and when the food is thereit?s good! But you have to make it when the food is there to enjoy. I?m not sure if it?s their rules or practice but seems likepoor practice to me. Read more

If everybody thinks that Villa Italian kitchen is expensive, I totally agree!! Don?t buy the spaghetti and meatballs. Is a scam!... This plate is paid by the pound. But here?s the catch... the spaghetti is kept in hot water so placing it in their styrofoamplate the hot water goes with it making the plate more heavy and more expensive. On top of that you have to put the meatballsand spaghetti sauce making it even heavier. A small plate end up costing me almost $14 without a drink. When I was done eatingmy food, there was tomato soup like water leftover in my plate because it was in hot water to keep the spaghetti soft. I couldgotten a bigger plate with better and more spaghetti and meatballs from Olive Garden for less. I personally wouldn?t buyanything here because everything is expensive. 2 slices of cheese pizza is about $14. I could buy a whole large Supreme pizzafrom Papa Johns for about the same price. There?s other options in this service area with better prices. Read more

$13 for 2 average pizza slices. I could do $8 or $9, but not $13. Good bye.

The restaurant advertises stuffed pizza. I guess they just didn't feel like making those today as none were available. When I... inquired, the cashier/server was very rude and practically yelled at me. Then I asked regarding the salad and he was very rudepointing at the sign as if "how dare you ask me about getting a salad when it is clearly self served. At checkout I asked if Icould used debit to which he yelled in a deep voice ya! Rolling his eyes. Then he ran my card as credit and argued with mestating that he did nothing wrong when I inquired about why I didn't use my pin. I travel the turnpike weekly, but I will not becoming to this restaurant again. Read more
